Efficacy Of Poria Sini Decoction In Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease With Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveDiabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common and refractory microvascular complications in patients with diabetes,which seriously affects the quality of life of those patients and endanger their life.The existing treatment of the disease is limited and the curative effect is not ideal.In this study,the prescription of Fuling Sini Decoction as an intervention,simultaneously observing the clinical symptoms before and after treatment of patients with diabetic kidney disease with Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome on the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratory Indicators and safety,and using statistical software for scientific analysis and evaluation the clinical curative effect of Fuling Sini decoction in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type of collateral(DKD).MethodsSixty patients with DKD who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each.On the basis of routine treatment of western medicine,the treatment group was given the intervention of the oral Poria Sini Decoction,and the control group was given the western medicine treatment and the placebo.After continuous treatment for 8 weeks,the changes of clinical symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine and laboratory indexes in two groups were observed by self-control and inter-group control methodbefore and after treatment,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.ResultsBefore treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the main Western medical indicators(24-hour urinary protein,serum creatinine,GFR)and TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group,and they were comparable.After treatment,the mean urine protein in the control group was significantly lower,but the average creatinine was higher than before and the GFR was lower than before.The mean urinary protein and serum creatinine of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower,and the GFR was significantly increased.And the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing 24-hour urinary protein,lowering serum creatinine,and reducing TCM syndrome scores.The results showed that both groups can effectively reduce the leakage of urinary protein,but conventional western medicine treatment can not delay the decline of GFR,and adding the Qi Sini decoction group can increase the excretion of creatinine,and can increase the GFR.According to the evaluation criteria of TCM therapeutic efficacy,the effective rate of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group(89.09%)was significantly better than that of the control group(41.82%),indicating that SND has significantly improved the patient's discomfort and improved the quality of life.During the entire course of treatment,there was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,suggesting that the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type Diabetic nephropathy patients(DKD stage IV patients)with high safety and no obvious side effects.ConclusionThis study confirmed that Fuling Sini Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on patients with Diabetic kidney disease with Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome has obvious curative effect and no obvious toxic side effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
