Study On The Effects Of Sanse Fuyao On The Treatment Of Early Rehabilitation Of The Knee Meniscus Injury Under Arthroscopy

Object:This study was the clinical application of Sanse Fuyao which is used with conventional functional training,and from knee pain,joint swelling and joint activity to investigate the unique effects of the Chinese medicine on knee meniscus injury early rehabilitation under arthroscopy.Methods:There were 42 patients of 2008-2010 from 20-45 years old, and 30.71 in average, who were randomly collected from the orthopaedic department of Affiliated HosPitals of Putian Institute in this group, in which 20 patients were male and 22 were female. They were all the patients who had no any problem about theirs crdiorespiratory function, liver function,renal function and blood clotting systemic diseases, and could tolerate the arthroscope surgery,operated in a slective time.42 patients took participated in the test on the basis of the random result,the patientds were dvided into two groups the experimental group 28 cases and the control group 14 cases.Both groups were given conventional anti-infective and conventional care.Both groups removed the elastic bandage after operation for 3 days,The experimental group's knee was plastered with Sanse Fuyao while the Control group used nothing. Both groups were treated with TDP exposure each half an hour from the 3rd day. And the plaster was kept for 2 hours after the lights were removed. Repeat the things everyday during the previous week and every other day during the second week, two weeks for a course of treatment.After leaving hospital,the patients were asked to continue to stick TCM still every other day until the forth week. Give every patient a hot compress to the knee with a hot-water bottle coverd on the plaster half an hour. Compare two groups' intensity of pain, joint swelling intensity, joint scope of activities for postoperative 5 days, postoperative 1,2 week and postoperative 1 month.During the observation,and closely observed that whether there was any allergy of the drugs and other adverse reactions or not.Result:The results showed that in the two groups under arthroscopy knee meniscus injury activity in the knee (ROM),Swelling degree,the VAS score and the HSS score, there were significant statistical differences (P<0.05) after 1 months.The clinical efficacy (HSS score) was significantly effective,the experimental group (78.57%)>the control group (21.42%), All patients had no drug allergy and other adverse reactions. Conclusion:The researeh showed that SanseFuyao can improve knee joint activity and promote swelling subsidise, and it had a excellent advantage which can release the pain of knee meniscus injury under arthroscopy.
