Study On The Relationship Between Maternal And Infant Health Literacy,Health Information Behavior Ability And Internet Information Literacy Of Primiparas

Objective To investigate the current situation of maternal and infant health literacy of primiparas,analyze the influencing factors of maternal and infant health literacy,and explore the relationship between maternal and infant health literacy,health information behavior ability and internet information literacy,so as to provide basis for improving maternal and infant health literacy and improving the health status of primiparas.Methods Using convenience sampling cross-sectional survey method,410 primiparas were investigated with general information questionnaire,maternal and child health literacy questionnaire,health information behavior self-rating scale and internet information literacy questionnaire.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze each dimension.Multiple stepwise regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of maternal and infant health literacy in primiparas.The mediating effect test was based on Hayes method.Results(1)The total scores of health literacy,health information literacy and internet information literacy were(60.63 ± 10.76),(50.37 ± 9.24)and(70.64 ± 6.65)respectively.(2)There were significant differences in the scores of different education levels,occupations and personal monthly income in the survey of maternal and infant health literacy of primiparas(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of obstetric factors,such as the number of pregnancy,residence,in the survey of maternal and infant health literacy of primiparas(P < 0.05).(3)Health information acquisition,health information evaluation,information awareness,information knowledge and information ability were positively correlated with maternal and infant health literacy(r = 0.347,0.274,0.258,0.283,0.237,P <0.01).(4)Education level,occupation,personal monthly income,health information behavior ability,and internet information literacy are the influencing factors of maternal and infant health literacy of primiparas(P<0.05).(5)Health information behavior ability played a partial mediating role between internet information literacy and maternal and infant health literacy.Conclusion Health information behavior ability and internet information literacy are important influencing factors of maternal and infant health literacy in primiparas.Clinical nursing workers should pay attention to improving the health information behavior ability and internet information literacy of primiparas and take more effective maternal and infant care to them.
