The Current Situation Of Information Literacy Of Basic Health Personnel And Development Strategy Research

[Purpose]Every day,various kinds of information emerge in the information society,which constitute the basic environment for people’s survival.In the field of medicine,medical knowledge is constantly updating,and the timely grasp of medical knowledge has become an important factor to judge whether health workers can provide patients with high-quality services.At the same time,evidence-based medicine also emphasizes that every medical decision should be based on the best scientific research,which is inseparable from the personal information literacy of health workers.In addition,information literacy is also an important prerequisite for the construction of health information.Based on this,this study explores the current situation and development strategy of information literacy of grassroots health workers,in order to provide suggestions for promoting the development of grassroots health information and optimizing grassroots health services.[Methods] This study explored the information literacy of grassroots health workers from both theoretical and empirical aspects.In theory,firstly,through literature search to find out the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and then sort out the relevant theoretical results,find out the representative evaluation standards of information literacy and health information,and finally build the evaluation standards applicable to this study.On the basis of empirical analysis,the questionnaire of this study was compiled based on the evaluation criteria,and 300 valid questionnaire data were obtained by using the simple random sampling method.Finally,descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis were carried out by using Excel,spss25.0 and mplus7.[Results]By combing the related literature of information literacy and health informatization,the evaluation criteria of information literacy,the evaluation indicators of health informatization level and the theoretical model of the relationship between information literacy and health informatization are established.Based on this,a questionnaire and a structural equation model are developed.Through the questionnaire survey,300 sample data were obtained,most of them are women aged 25-35,with bachelor degree and 2-10 years of employment.Through statistical analysis,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good and meet the requirements.The basic health personnel have good information ethics and relatively weak information knowledge.SEM fit is good,CMIN / DF = 1.893,RMSEA = 0.055,CFI = 0.919,TLI = 0.908,SRMR = 0.044.[Conclusions] There is a positive correlation between the information awareness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics of grass-roots health personnel.The information literacy of grass-roots health personnel and the level of grass-roots health information complement each other.Strengthening the construction of grass-roots health information can promote the improvement of information literacy of primary health personnel,and the improvement of information literacy of grass-roots health personnel will further promote the construction of grass-roots health information.
