Clinical Study On Jiawei Yanghe Decoction Combined With Clomiphene Citrate In Treating Infertility Of PCOS With Yang Deficiency And Phlegm Coagulation

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of jiawei yanghe decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate in treating infertility of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation.By observing the changes of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared to study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate in treating infertility of PCOS with yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility provides feasible ideas and methods.Methods:76 patients with infertility of PCOS with yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation were divided into observation group and control group(38 cases each)according to random parallel control method.Observation group:oral Jiawei Yanghe Decoction+Clomiphene citrate treatment,control group:oral Clomiphene citrate treatment,continuous observation of three menstrual cycles.The changes of TCM symptoms,ovulation,pregnancy,Changes in endometrial thickness after ovulation on treatment,ovarian volume,serum sex hormones LH,T,FSH,AMH and LH/FSH ratio were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate in treating infertility of PCOS with yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation was 94.7%,and that of the control group was 76.3%.And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group:The ovulation rate was 90.3%,and the control group:the ovulation rate was 71.4%.The observation group:the pregnancy rate was 55.3%,and the control group:the pregnancy rate was 31.6%.There was a statistically significant difference in the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P<0.05),so the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Jiawei Yanghe Decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate in the treatment of PCOS infertility improves the clinical symptoms,improves serum sex hormones(LH,T,LH/FSH,AMH)levels,reduces ovarian volume,and increases patient’s ovulation day endometrial thickness,etc.Its efficacy is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups.No obvious adverse events occurred in the observation group and the control group during the treatment period.Conclusion:jiawei yanghe decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate in treating infertility of PCOS with yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation is superior to the simple application of Clomiphene citrate.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the color of the menstrual period,the waist and knees,the cold and cold limbs,the pharyngeal sputum and urination,and that is the safety;at the same time,the LH,LH/FSH value,T value and AMH high level are lowered,reduce ovarian volume and improve ovarian condition;increase endometrial thickness on ovulation day,improve endometrial status,and finally promote follicular development and discharge,increasing the chance of pregnancy.
