Observe The Clinical Effects Of Jianpibushen Soup Combine With Clomiphene Citrate In Treating Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Caused Infertility Of Insufficiency Of Both The Spleen And Kidney Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of the Jianpibushen Soup with Clomiphene Citrate in treating of polycystic ovarian syndrome caused infertility insufficiency of both the spleen and kidney syndrome,to explore its possible mechanism.Methods : Selected 70 patients of the polycystic ovarian syndrome caused insufficiency of both the spleen and kidney syndrome from gynecological outpatient diagnosis and divided them into two groups,the observation group(40 cases) and the control group(30 cases). The observation group given Jianpibushen Soup with Clomiphene Citrate to treatment,The control group given Clomiphene Citrate to oral,continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles. Observed the improvement of TCM symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,the cycle ovulation rate,the pregnancy rate,and the reduction of LH/FSH,T,FINS.Results:1.After the three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67%,63.33%, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).We can from the comparison of TCM syndrome and the main symptoms of TCM find that with the extension of treatment cycle,the two groups of integral declined more(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM integral(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.The cycle ovulation rate of the treatment group was 75.44%, The cycle ovulation rate of the control group was 48.19%, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 52.50%, The pregnancy rate of the control group was 23.33%, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.After the three menstrual cycles, The value of serum LH/FSH of the twogroups,patients who were not pregnancy reduced after treatment(P<0.01), and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The value of serum T of the treatment group reduced after treatment(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The value of serum FINS of the treatment group reduced after treatment(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion : The research suggests that Jianpibushen Soup with Clomiphene Citrate was an effective method in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome caused infertility of insufficiency of both the spleen and kidney syndrome,it may through lower the levels of LH,FSH ratio, T value,and FINS value,improve the endocrine environment and play a role of clinical treatment.
