Percutaneous Locking Titanium Plate In The Treatment Of Pilon Fracture

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous titanium plate fixation(MIPPO)and anatomic plate fixation in the treatment of Pilon fractures,and to provide a clinical basis for its treatment.Methods: The data of 40 patients with Pilon fracture who were treated in the orthopedics ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December2017 were collected and divided into A(treatment group),B(control group)Two groups.Group A was percutaneous locking titanium plate fixation(MIPPO)group,Group B was anatomic plate fixation group,the number of cases were20 cases.Two groups of patients before and after taking Taohongsiwutang addition and subtraction,to promote blood circulation,remove swelling effect,the process of surgery according to the patient’s own situation to develop specific programs,make every effort to reduce postoperative complications.The follow-up of 8 months to 1 year,an average of 10 months.From the operation time,postoperative healing time,Burwell-harnley evaluation,Tornetta evaluation,postoperative complications and other aspects of statisticalanalysis to explore the advantages of percutaneous locking titanium plate for the percutaneous locking titanium plate provides the clinical basis for the treatment of Pilon fractures.Results: Statistical analysis showed that group A was superior to group B in terms of operation time,postoperative healing time,Burwell-harnley evaluation,Tornetta evaluation and postoperative complication rate.Conclusion: After the soft tissue problem is solved,the proper operation timing and the percutaneous locking titanium plate fixation are one of the clinically effective treatments for the Ruedi-Allogwer Ⅱ and Ⅲ pilon fractures.
