Clinical Resecarch Of Pilon Fractures Treatment With L Type Of Distaltibial Anterior Lateral Locking Steel

Objective: Comparison of the lateral distal tibial anatomical plate and L type lockingcompression plate (LCP) of two different internal fixation methods in treatment of49cases of Pilon fracture, to assess their effect, put forward reasonable treatment scheme.Methods: Department of orthopedics Shandong Provincial Traditional ChineseMedical Hospital trauma were observed data from200909to201204months of Pilontreatment of49cases fracture patients, the patients were divided into2groups: for thelateral distal tibial anatomical plate in treatment group (A group)26cases; L type lockingcompression plate group (B group)23cases. Operation mode according to the treatmentof patients with individualized, minimizing the Pilon complication of fracture. Inaccordance with the follow-up of14-20months, average16months. From the amount ofintraoperative bleeding, postoperative fracture reduction, fracture healing time,postoperative ankle joint function recovery, postoperative soft tissue complicationsbetween comparative analysis, summarize the advantages of locking compression plate, Ltype locking compression plate in the treatment of Pilon for clinical reference fracture.Results: Through the observation and statistical treatment of two groups of patients inthe analysis, fracture healing time in two groups had no significant difference, in theamount of bleeding, postoperative fracture reduction, postoperative ankle joint functionrecovery, postoperative soft tissue complications between B group significantly better thanthe A group.Conclusion: Pilon fracture according to the difference of comminuted fracture andsoft tissue conditions, we feel that in the settlement of the soft tissue problems, properoperation time, the use of L type Pilon fractures with locking compression plate internalfixation is a reliable and reasonable treatment scheme.
