Tibia Distal Anterolateral L Shape Locking Compression Plate In The Treatment Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Ⅱ,Ⅲ Pilon Fractures Observed

Objective:To compare the curative effect of Pilon fracture with LCP AnterolateralDistal Tibal Plate and Cloverleaf Plate.Method: We retrospective reviewed the clinical and radiological records of40patients with Pilon fracture for two kinds of different treatment with LCP AnterolateralDistal Tibal Plate(treatement group:20cases) and Cloverleaf Plate (contrast group:20cases) from October2010to August2012. Al1these patients were followed-up for6months to1year with average of8months. To compare and analysis the curative effect onPilon fracture for two kinds of different treatment methods from the averages tay, operationtime; the incidence of complications;and the Mazur score.Resurt: The clinical research proves: the curative effect in the treatment group wasbetter than the control group. The surgery time, treatement group use less time than thecontrast grope (P<0.05),and also the similar superiority(P<0.05) in the incidence ofcomplications.What`s more, the Mazur score are significant differences in (P<0.05).Conclusion: LCP Anterolateral Distal Tibal Plate has short operative time, lowincidence rate of postoperative complications, excellent anatomical reattachment articularsurface, strong fixation and advantages of early activity.
