Investigation Of Canine Skin Diseases In Changsha Area And Clinical Treatment Of Canine Fungal Skin Diseases

With the rise of companion pets,common skin diseases in dogs have become a major problem for pet owners.Canine skin diseases are characterized by pathological problems in the dog’s skin system.In severe cases,they can cause other problems gradually.Some canine skin pathogens can also infect humans,among which canine fungal skin diseases and parasitic skin diseases are the most common zoonotic skin diseases.Especially canine fungal skin diseases are more widespread.Therefore,the study of canine fungal skin diseases in Changsha will help clinical veterinarians provide fast and accurate diagnosis and treatment ideas,shorten pet treatment time,and help reduce and control the public health safety of zoonotic skin diseases in Changsha.problem.In order to make an epidemiological investigation report on canine skin diseases in Changsha,we contacted a chain hospital in Changsha and 7 pet hospitals in various districts of Changsha.A statistical analysis was carried out on the canine skin disease cases(1540cases)in the chain hospital who visited the hospital within 13 months from January 2015 to January 2016.The results show that canine skin diseases occur all year round in Changsha area,with high incidence in summer and autumn.Dogs under 1 year old are most vulnerable to infection due to their weak resistance.The abdomen,back waist and limbs are high-incidence areas.Fungi and bacteria are the main infection types,followed by parasitic infections.Parasitic infections are mainly fleas,ticks,lice and mites.These parasites are also a source of infection of zoonotic diseases and need to be paid attention to.The proportion of male dogs is slightly higher than that of female dogs.The varieties with higher incidence in Changsha are VIP and Bichon.The ratio of sex to variety has a great relationship with the breeding habits of pet owners in Changsha.Breeding more breeds and sexes,the corresponding incidence rate will be higher.According to the analysis of three representative cases of canine fungal skin diseases(1540cases)in Changsha from January 2015 to January 2016,it is concluded that in the clinical treatment of canine fungal skin diseases: When the infection is caused by the excessive increase of Lasera,use Ershu to clean the ear canal,and cooperate with Ertejing to treat it effectively.When the dog’s skin is in a focal fungal infection,terbinafine spray and Piogel bath can achieve good results.In dogs with systemic fungal infections,oral itraconazole solution,combined with Paojie medicated bath,and skin nutrition support therapy,after systemic treatment,can greatly improve the healing effect.In order to evaluate the therapeutic effects of two oral medicines,bitbinafine and itraconazole on canine fungal skin diseases in Changsha,28 dogs with systemic fungal skin diseases in this area were selected and divided into two groups using different drugs.Treatment,the clinical treatment effect of the comparison experiment shows that the two drugs have good effects in the treatment of canine fungal skin diseases in Changsha area.It is recommended that these two drugs are the first choice for the treatment of canine fungal skin diseases in Changsha area.It is worth noting that when taking terbinafine and itraconazole internally,it is necessary to regularly monitor the liver and kidney indicators in blood biochemistry to prevent accumulated poisoning in dogsSince terbinafine and itraconazole need to be taken cautiously for young dogs,this time a clinical comparative treatment test for young dogs was specially made.Terbinafine spray and a liniment made of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for topical treatment.According to the test results,both have good therapeutic effects.Terbinafine spray is highly effective and convenient,but it is easy to be licked and may cause side effects.The liniment made of traditional Chinese medicine has a high cure rate,is relatively safe and has no side effects,but the operation is more troublesome and requires processing before use.This study not only explored the epidemiological characteristics of canine skin diseases in Changsha,but also explored the clinical treatment effects of commonly used drugs for canine fungal skin diseases.It provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of canine fungal skin diseases in Changsha,shortens the treatment time,improves the cure rate,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention of fungal skin diseases.It is also helpful to reduce and control the human and animal diseases in Changsha.The public health safety issue of comorbid skin diseases.
