At present,although the design of crawler rotary tiller has realized the basic function of tillage operation,but in the process of use,the unreasonable design of walking mechanism leads to low operation efficiency,the exposed machine cab can not protect the driver’s safety,the single machine shape does not conform to the design aesthetics and so on.Therefore,this paper analyzes the existing problems of existing products,carries out parametric design and static simulation on the structure of crawler rotary tiller,verifies the effectiveness and practicability of its structure,and carries out innovative design on its overall appearance.Enhance the operation ability of the crawler rotary tiller,meet the user’s use and aesthetic needs,and improve the agricultural production efficiency while protecting the cultivated soil.Firstly,analyze the crawler walking mechanism and then identify the function and design requirements of driving wheels,supporting wheels,guide wheels,towing wheels and crawlers.Further,according to the requirement and using the design theory of crawler walking mechanism,conduct parametric design of each component.Secondly,use Creo software to construct parametric models of key components offixed parameters,and determine constraint conditions according to actual usage.Then use ANSYS software for statics analysis to obtain displacement diagram and stress distributinggraph so as to ensure that the designed crawler walking mechanism is practical.Thirdly,according to the procedure of product form design,and on the basis of sample collecting of crawler rotary tiller,select more representative samples by applying methods of Multidimentional Scale and Cluster Analysis.On this basis,applying the Semantic Differencial Method to multi-personal evaluation,then using Principal Component Analysis method to analyze the evaluation results so as to identify the representative vocabulary of perceptual imagery of crawler rotary tiller.Design based on modeling characteristics in representative samples of vocabulary analysis,and use Rhino software to design the form of the crawler rotary tiller.Fourthly,build an Analytic Hierarchy Process modelfor the best modeling and design scheme of the crawler rotary cultivator,pair-wise comparison of elements within each level,establish a judgment matrix and conduct a consistency check,complete the total sorting of hierarchical elements,and last to present the final strategy for the innovative design of crawler rotary cultivator.Finally,using Rhino and Key Shot software to illustrate the three-dimensional modeling and exterior form effect of the walking mechanism and the optimized crawler rotary tiller modeling scheme.Through demonstrating of the overall size and detail size,as well as its direction for use,it shows that the innovatively designed crawler rotary cultivator scheme is feasible and highly satisfies the requirements of users. |
