With the continuous increase of peanut planting area in China,peanut shelling machinery,especially seed peanut shelling machinery,is particularly important in peanut production.In view of the high damage rate of peanut sheller for seed at present,based on the research on the current situation and basic principle of peanut shelling machine in China,a kind of shelling machine suitable for peanut seed was designed by taking Luhua No.8 peanut and four red peanut as test peanut varieties,and the shelling performance test was carried out.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Determination of physical parameters of peanut pod and kernel.This part mainly measured the triaxial size of peanut pod and peanut kernel and the moisture content of peanut pod,and obtained the main concentration range of triaxial size of Luhua 8 and Silihong: The results showed that the pod length,width and thickness of Luhua No.8 peanut were 35~45 mm,16~20 mm and 14~18 mm,and the kernel length,width and thickness were 15~25 mm,8~12mm and 8~12 mm,respectively;the pod length,width and thickness of Silihong were 30~50mm,13~16 mm and 12.5~16 mm,respectively In the range of 11-16 mm,7~9 mm and 6~9 mm.Therefore,The concave screen spacing was determined as is about 17 mm and 12 mm respectively,and the concave screen clearance was determined as is about 12 mm and 10 mm respectively;In addition,the moisture content of peanut pods with different moisture control ratios was obtained: the moisture content of Luhua 8 was 8.36%,8.59%,8.89%,10.12% and10.86% respectively;the moisture content of silihong was 8.45%,8.61%,9.21%,10.32% and11.01% respectively.(2)Determination of pressure characteristics of peanut.In this part,the universal test-bed was used to put forward pressure and lateral pressure on peanut pods,and the pod breaking force was measured: the average value of forward pressure and lateral pressure breaking force of Luhua 8 was 41.25 N and 45.09 N respectively;the average value of forward pressure and lateral pressure breaking force of Silihong pods was 35.96 N and 49.03 N respectively.Under the positive pressure,the shell breaking force of Silihong is less than that of Luhua 8,while under the lateral pressure,the shell breaking force of Silihong is greater than that of Luhua 8.The pressure of peanut pod with different moisture content was studied,and the breaking force of peanut pod with different moisture content was obtained.The breaking force increased with the increase of moisture content.(3)Design and preparation of wooden drum peanut seed dehulling machine,according to the design requirements and basic working principle,complete the overall design and specific component design.The main contents include: determining the dehulling device of the dehulling drum-concave screen,adopting the cleaning system of the fan and the vibrating screen at the same time;completing the calculation and design of the material,structure,length and diameter of the wooden drum;completing the design of other components such as gravure screen,fan,etc.(4)Shelling performance test.First of all,the single factor test was the striking part,speed,moisture content and feeding amount,and the horizontal range of the factors was determined.The results of single factor test showed that the damage rate of peanut kernel was the lowest when the striking part was wooden roller,the speed was about 350 r/min,the moisture content was about 10%,and the feeding amount was about 500 kg/h.Then,Design-expert was selected to design the multi factor orthogonal test scheme,and the influence of working parameters(speed,striking part,concave screen clearance)on peanut shelling index was mainly studied.The data processing,response surface analysis and optimization analysis of multi factor orthogonal test were carried out,and the optimal parameter combination was determined.The results showed that the best combination of the broken rate of Luhua 8 peanut kernel and the dehulling rate of peanut sheller was as follows: the striking part was wooden drum,the speed was 351.2 r/min,and the clearance of concave screen was 11.35 mm.At this time,the broken rate of Luhua 8 peanut kernel was 1.24%,and the dehulling rate of peanut sheller was 98.47%;the best combination of Silihong was wooden drum,the rotating speed was 349 r/min,and the clearance of concave screen was 8.75 mm,At this time,the damage rate of Silihong kernels was1.16%,and the dehulling rate of peanut sheller was 98.56%. |
