In the domestic and foreign existing threshing structure characteristics, applicability, such as performance, on the basis of analysis and research, according to the production and business operation mode needs of small grains, Shanxi Province, we design a simple small feeding roller threshing machinery, mainly to take off the til valley, millet.And focus on research and analyzes its performance.The main research results as follows:(1) Adjustable clumps spiral drum is a kind of brand-new design.In full consideration til, grain crops such as shape, size, way of feeding, the native threshing teeth the adoption of Q235 steel, processed into T structure, the radius of threshing teeth surface is 150 mm, cross section size is 50 mmx30mm, surface, the cloth is 4 mm wide,6 mm deep lines ditch, from 5 mmxl2mm block welding is fixed in the roller.After test, the threshing tooth threshing effect is good.(2) The thresher vibrating screen is designed for stainless steel wire mesh, on three sides, one side gap structure.Vibrating screen in reciprocating motion process can produce large inertia force, this is the machine working conditions must be considered.This machine is four rod drive by vibrating screen are connected to the rocker arm, a reciprocating vibration system.Through the study of the dynamic analysis of vibrating screen, and ultimately determine the inertial force, of which FBx=-964.3N,FBy=1908.8N, FDx=-9643N, FDy=200N.(3) According to four different entrance velocity simulation condition, the entrance to the set speed of 6.5m/s?8.5m/s?10m/s?12.5m/s?respectively, in the cleaning area, flow velocity were reduced to 2m/s?4.5m/s?3.5m/s?6.5m/s?6.2m/s?7.8m/s?7.5m/s?11m/s. Among them, when the inlet velocity is 10 m/s, cleaning area of flow speed is most close to til floating threshold.In theory, under the speed, the best cleaning effect.(4) Analyze the thresher stable performance, research shows that: the threshing machine limit Angle of 35 °.To the fields in an abnormal environment has certain adaptability, the stability of the thresher can meet the production requirements in general.Further solve the problem: to be the model for performance test and production test, to evaluate its design rationality.(5) By using the method of finite element was carried out on the drum shaft structure statics analysis, get the drum shaft under different working condition of displacement and stress distribution of each pait.Dangerous point of maximum stress and maximum deformation of 25.397MPa and 0.009028mm respectively.Results show that with the roller shaft enough strength and stiffness, can satisfy the use requirement.
