The Research On The Functions Of The Government Of Siziwang Banner In The Construction Of Grassland Ecological Culture

Culture is the "soft power" of a country and the historical mark of a country.China is a multi-ethnic country.In the long history of development,each nation has formed its own unique culture,which together constitutes the Chinese culture.These cultures also make China shine a unique red light on the world stage,Grassland culture is an important part of Chinese culture.Grassland culture has many connotations.As a part of grassland cultural resources,grassland ecological culture is created by people gradually adapting to grassland ecological environment in their long-term production and life.It contains the profound meaning of conforming to nature,respecting nature and harmonious coexistence between human and nature.However,the nomadic production and life in Inner Mongolia has been gradually replaced by the settled production,followed by a variety of grassland ecological problems.Grassland ecological culture is facing the crisis of withdrawing from the historical stage.Therefore,it is urgent to carry forward the grassland ecological culture and strengthen the construction of grassland ecological culture.Based on the new public service theory,government function theory and sustainable development theory,this thesis uses the methods of literature analysis and field research,taking Siziwang Banner as an example,and on the basis of in-depth investigation and study of Siziwang Banner grassland ecological culture,from the perspective of government function,probes into the function of Siziwang banner government in the construction of grassland ecological culture.First of all,it combs the grassland ecological and cultural resources of Siziwang Banner,and defines the functions of Siziwang Banner government in grassland ecological and cultural construction.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of the functions of Siziwang Banner government in the construction of grassland ecological culture,finds out the problems existing in the functions of Siziwang Banner government in the construction of grassland ecological culture,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.To sum up,the overall purpose of this thesis is to play the leading and key role of Siziwang Banner government,clarify the cultural functions of Siziwang Banner government,so as to promote the development of grassland ecological culture and accelerate the cultural construction of Siziwang Banner.
