Study On Problems Of Urban Greening Administration In Hangu Area

As an important basis of urbanization,urban greening is a significant symbol of urban civilization and an important part of ecological city.Urban greening can not only improve the quality of urban living environment and maintain the ecological balance of the city,but also enhance the cultural spirit of the city and further promote the sustainable development of the city.At present,the problems of urban greening administration in China,such as insufficient daily maintenance,backward administration,inadequate supervision system and weak planning,are worth exploring.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to strengthen urban greening administration in order to improve the living quality of residents,realize the sustainable development of the city and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the city.Under the horizon of the new public administration,this paper researches Hangu district urban greening administration problems.Combined the theoretical analysis and empirical research method,based on case analysis and questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the current situation of Hangu district greening administration,summed up urban greening administration problems in Hangu district including: First,the construction of legal system of greening administration lags behind;Second,the greening administration system is not perfect;Third,green planning and management is not standard;Fourth,insufficient public participation in urban greening administration insufficient;Fifth,daily maintenance of greening.The problems of urban greening administration in Hangu area are representative and universal.Through the systematic research and analysis,and the experiences from the several domestic and foreign city greening management,this paper puts forward the suggestions to reform urban greening administration in the aspects of urban greening construction under the rule of law,urban greening administration system,urban greening planning,public participation mechanism and greening maintenance administration,so as to provide reference and help for improving the urban greening administration level in Hangu district.
