Research Of Urban Public Green Space Maintenance And Management Of Ningbo

Urban public green space is the city’s external window,is the external environment to the survival of residents,also the important embodiment of urban civilization.The only vitality of the public facilities,public green space,as both the purify air,beautify the environment,cultural heritage and enhance the quality of the city.With the development of society and economy,the expansion of city scale and urban green volume increased year by year,the green space maintenance and management of the growing importance of,how to \ "fresh\" the garden green space,how to play the greening landscape effect and ecological effect,has become the important content of urban management.Urban public green space maintenance and management is a long-term arduous task,for a long time,because of the thought of \ "reconstruction of care\" and green management system is not sound,the ningbo urban public green space so far there are no unified maintenance management mode,management system is not sound to the disadvantages of differential management appeared continuously,seriously hampered the development of urban greening and improving the quality of the city.How under the existing system,the integration of diversified maintenance management mode,accelerate the marketization process,improve the efficiency and level of urban green space maintenance and management,is also in this paper,we study and explore.In this thesis,the multi center governance theory,public goods theory,expounds the basic situation of Ningbo city public green maintenance management and the existing management system,analyzes the existing problems of maintenance management in the current system in the construction of legal system is lagging behind,such as green supervision system is not perfect,the market mechanism is not perfect,the funds insufficient investment,through the study abroad(the United States,Singapore)and China(Shanghai,Hangzhou)and the successful experience in landscape maintenance management practices,combined with the current situation of Ningbo,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems,including improving the legal construction,strengthen the green construction,the supervision system of government regulate market competition,security investment funds and other public green maintenance management.Hope that through this study,in order to improve the management level of urban green space in Ningbo and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Ningbo green industry to provide reference.
