In order to clarify the effects of spraying amounts and times of selenium-enriched phytonutrients on its yield, quality and grain selenium content in wheat,Two-year field experiments were conducted with three strong gluten wheat verities(Shannong 33,Xinong511 and Zhongmai 578)and selenium-enriched phytonutrients, based on bio-enhanced selenium enrichment technology,in the Qishan High Quality Wheat Experiment Station of Northwest A&F University and Liangma Experimental Base in Wugong The horse test base adopted the method of foliar spraying to.These resust will provide a scientific basis for the production of selenium-enriched wheat. The test results were as follows:1.Spraying selenium-enriched phytonutrients can significantly increase the yield of strong gluten wheat.Compared with the control, the yields of Shannong 33,Xinong 511 and Zhongmai 578 were significantly increased by 3.61%,1.15% and 3.05%,respectively.After increasing the recommended amount of selenium fertilizer and the number of sprays(that is,the total amount of selenium fertilizer is twice the recommended amount),the yield will increase by 0.31%-3.19%,but the recommended amount of selenium fertilizer will be sprayed again on the basis of increasing the recommended amount(i.e.,selenium fertilizer),the yields of the three varieties decreased by 0.43%-2.70%.Therefore,the application of high amounts of selenium-rich plants can lead to reduced yields. The yield difference between different locations is significant, and the yield difference between different years and varieties is not significant.2.Spraying selenium-enriched phytonutrients can significantly increase the grain number s per spike Shannong 33,Xinong 511 and Zhongmai 578 have significant increases of 5.15%,4.05% and 4.18%,respectively,compared with the control. After increasing the recommended amount of selenium fertilizer and the number of sprays(the total amount of selenium fertilizer is twice the recommended amount),the number of grains per ear will also increase by 0.20%-6.19%,but the recommended amount of spraying will be increased once more. After the amount(the total amount of selenium fertilizer is three times the recommended amount),the number of grains per ear is reduced by 0.14%-5.10%.Therefore,the application of high amounts of selenium-rich plants will lead to a decrease in the number of grains per ear. After spraying selenium-enriched phytonutrients, the thousand-grain weight decreased by 0.10%-2.89%,compared with the control.Spraying selenium-enriched nutrients from booting to flowering stage had no significant effect on the number of panicles formed. There are significant differences in the number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight among different varieties, while the differences in other indicators are not significant. There is no significant difference in yield components between different years and locations.3.Spraying selenium-rich phytonutrients can significantly increase the sedimentation value of strong gluten wheat by 3.30%-4.54%.Spraying selenium-enriched phytonutrients increased the stabilization time, wet gluten and protein by 0.18%-12.19%,0.59%-5.29%,and0.06%-5.81%,respectively,and had no significant effect on bulk density and water absorption. The water absorption and sedimentation value of wheat grains in different years have significant differences, while other indicators have no significant differences;the water absorption and protein indicators of different varieties have significant differences, but they have no significant differences with other indicators. There is no significant difference in quality indicators at different locations.4.Spraying selenium-enriched phytonutrients can significantly increase the selenium content of strong gluten wheat grains by 3040.47%-3838.25%.After increasing the recommended amount and spraying frequency, the selenium content in grains increased by30.27%-275.84%.There are significant differences in selenium content in wheat grains from different locations, but no significant differences in selenium content in different years and different varieties. |
