| Xanthoceras sorbifolia,as a unique medicinal plant and rare woody oil plant in China,has high ecological value and economic value.It is widely planted in northern China.In order to enrich the X.sorbifolia resources suitable for Heilongjiang region,with the southeast of Heilongjiang province as the key area,the different provenances introduction and cultivation techniques of X.sorbifolia was studied in the paper according to the requirement of high quality and pollution-free,and based on the natural conditions of its distribution.The main research results are as follows:1.For the actual culture in Heilongjiang region,the dynamic observations was conducted on the seedling growth of X.sorbifolia in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Liaoning,Jilin,Hebei and Henan,and it was found that the X.sorbifolia of different provenance presented quite different seedling lignification of the year.To be specific,those of Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Liaoning,Jilin and Shanxi had better lignification,while those of Henan,Hebei had poorer lignification.2.As for the three treatment methods for accelerating germination of seeds,the treatment method of snow stratification was the best for ground diameter index,biomassand and the total dry weight per plant.3.The effects of different sowing dates,sowing amounts,sowing methods and sowing densities on the quality of seedlings were discussed.The analysis results showed that it was better to sow X.sorbifolia between May 20 and 25.From the viewpoint of high quality strong seedlings,the quality of ridged seedlings was better than that of bed seedlings,and it was better to adopt the seeding amount of 50~70 seeds/m~2to cultivate high quality strong seedlings.The results of bed seeding test showed that the optimal seeding amount was 70~80seeds/m~2,but it should not exceed 120 seeds/m~2.4.During seed germination of X.sorbifolia,radicle pruning treatment could promote lateral root increase.The radicle pruning had the most significant effect when radicle length was 4cm and the left root length was 2cm.The growth of the root would be inhibited when the radicle was completely broken off.5.There were significant differences in lignification among different provenances of X.sorbifolia of the year.Those of Heilongjiang,Chifeng(a city in Inner Mongolia),Liaoning and Jilin had better lignification,while those of Yangling(a district of Shanxi),Henan and Hebei had worse lignification.According to preliminary observation,its freezing condition was also corresponding to the above situation.According to the research results on the construction technology of energy forest of high efficiency and high quality X.sorbifolia Bunges,they had better planting height when the density were 2×2m and 2×2.5m,better ground diameter when the density were 2.5×3m and3×3m and better height of the year when the density was 2.5×3m.In the afforestation of the three slope positions,X.sorbifolia grew better in the upper slope part because of there was good drainage,while slightly worse in the middle and lower part.Besides,ones in the slope of 7~9 degrees were better than those in the other two slopes.In the afforestation of the three slope directions,the X.sorbifolia grew better in south slope and southeast slope,and the results were consistent with their biological characteristics.The fish-scale pit was superior to the cave-like mode in the soil preparation method.As seen from the experiment result of the seedling grafted from Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc.And the mixed forest of Albizia kalkora(Roxb.)Prain,the mixed effect remains to be observed and measured. |
