Foot-and-mouth disease,Swine fever, and Petit Ruminant are several common animal infectious diseases those can cause serious harm to the animal husbandry industry. The World Animal Health Organization lists them as animal diseases that must be reported. In order to fully understand the immune antibody levels of swine and sheep O-type foot-and-mouth disease,Swine fever, and sheep Petit Ruminant disease in Wushan County,Chongqing City from 2018 to 2020,and grasp the vaccine immunity effect is in place in the work of grassroots veterinarians, this study mainly used the ELISA method to monitor the immune antibody swine and sheep foot-and-mouth disease,Swine fever, and sheep Petit Ruminant disease in 25 villages and towns in Wushan County from 2018 to 2020,and carried out analysis and evaluation in accordance with the prescribed immune evaluation standards. It is expected to provide some reference opinions for the prevention and control of major animal diseases in Wushan County and ensure that no regional major animal epidemics occur in the county. The results are as follows:From 2018 to 2020,the qualified rates of swine foot-and-mouth disease immune antibody in Wushan County households in 2018.Through the monitoring and analysis of immune antibodies against swine and sheep foot-and-mouth disease,Swine fever, and Petit ruminant disease, the qualified rate of immune antibodies for these types of livestock infectious diseases in Wushan County has exceeded the national standard in the past three years, especially for swine and sheep O-type foot-and-mouth disease, which indicates that the prevention and control of animal diseases in Wushan has good achievement;Though swine fever withdrew from the compulsory immunization, the pass rate showed a certain downward trend. In addition,in recent years, live pigs were transported frequently in various places. If the prevention and control are not proper, the risk of swine fever prevention and control will grow.Despite the qualified rate of immunized antibodies against Pedestal Ruminant Vaccine has reached the national standard, the pass rate is generally low. This may be related to the three-year protection period of Pedestal Ruminant Vaccine, only injection of newborn sheep or replenishment sheep each year may cause leakage.Immunity is related to the gradual decline of immune antibodies,so we need to be vigilant and strengthen immunity in time.Rather more, the antibody levels of various townships are quite different. Some townships large-scale fields have lower antibody titers, which may have a certain relationship with the professional level or work attitude of the grassroots vets.In addition, the transportation and storage of vaccines and the condition of livestock are also factoring that affect antibody levels. It is recommended that for the prevention of major livestock diseases in Wushan County, the transportation and storage of vaccines should be further strengthened, and the immunization operation should be standardized;the breeding owners’ ideological understanding of major animal diseases should be enhanced;the management of grassroots animal husbandry and vets should be strengthened, and professional technical training should be conducted regularly;Strengthen the supervision and immunization of large-scale farms,do a good job in immunization monitoring and other work, and effectively avoid the occurrence of major epidemics. |
