| In order to realize the Immunization of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in pig farms in Qitai from 2011 Apr to 2013 Mar and made a reasonable assessment to prevent and control porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. Swine Fever and Foot-and-mouth Disease. Porcine sera were collected by 43 farms which were examined by ELISA. The results showed that average immunized antibody qualified rate of FMD was 36.22%,scale raising was 46.12%, free-range farms was 49.57%, breeding pig farm was 12.96%, two month old pigs was 25.58 %,three months old pigs was 60.54 %,four months old pigs was52.94%,five month old pigs was 57.35%, six month old pigs was 52.94%,ten to twelve month old pigs was 82.69 %,exceed twelve month old pigs was 45.00%.the average immunized antibody qualified rate of CSF was 72.26%,large-scale pig farms was 69.87%, free-range farms was 76.72%, breeding pig farm was 70.18%,two month old pigs was 59.07%,three months old pigs was 77.78%,four months old pigs was 79.41%,five month old pigs was 78.68%,six month old pigs was 76.47%,ten to twelve month old pigs was 96.15%,exceed twelve month old pigs was 98.33%.The average qualified rate of immunized antibody of PRRS was 78.19%, large-scale pig farms was 78.62%, free-range farms was 63.23%, breeding pig farm was 92.73%,two month old pigs was 80.47 %,three months old pigs was 67.05 %,four months old pigs was 73.53%,five month old pigs was79.41%,six month old pigs was 58.82%,ten to twelve month old pigs was 40.38%,exceed twelve month old pigs was 73.33%.This experiment express that fluctuation of PRRSV antibody level, FMD antibody level,CSF antibody level were caused by different culture patterns in pig farms,different-day old swine. It should comprehend the risk to assume the responsibility and enact the protection of introduction. Through analyzing the antibody level of entire Pigs, prevention and control plan was instituted. |
