| Pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) is rich in nutrition.It’s one of the main vegetables in China.Open field cultivation is the main cultivation method of pepper,which is labor-saving,time-saving and convenient management.Pepper has a long growth period and needs a large amount of fertilizer.In actual production,there is a serious problem of partial application of chemical fertilizer in open field pepper.Rational fertilization is an important measure to increase agricultural production.Partial application of chemical fertilizer will have adverse effects on soil fertility and crop growth.Combined application of chemical fertilizer and biological fertilizer is an effective method to correct the phenomenon of partial application of chemical fertilizer.Trichoderma is a biocontrol fungus with good disease prevention and growth promoting effect.It has been applied with chemical fertilizer in actual production and achieved good results.In this study,the red dried pepper ‘Gardening No.7’ variety was used as the test material to conduct open field cultivation experiments.According to the soil nutrient classification standard of cultivated land in the second national soil survey,aiming at the problem of excessive application of phosphate fertilizer in the production field,the normal fertilization amount(P100) in actual production was used as the control,with 15%P reduction(P85),30% P reduction(P70),no addition of phosphorus(P0) and normal fertilization+Trichoderma(TP100),reduced phosphorus 15%+Trichoderma(TP85),reduced phosphorus 30%+Trichoderma(TP70),and no phosphorus+Trichoderma(TP0) were tested for treatment.By reducing the application of phosphate fertilizer and applying Trichoderma to improve the utilization efficiency of phosphate fertilizer and reduce the amount of phosphate fertilizer application,the quality and yield of open-field pepper production can be improved.The results showed that:1.Reducing phosphate fertilizer combined with Trichoderma can significantly promote the growth of pepper.Trichoderma had the most significant effect on the improvement of plant dry matter quality.2.Reducing phosphate fertilizer combined with Trichoderma can significantly increase the yield of pepper,and TP85 treatment can increase the yield of pepper most.3.Reducing phosphate fertilizer combined with Trichoderma can significantly improve the quality of pepper fruit.The reduction of phosphate fertilizer decreased the content of soluble protein,increased the content of soluble sugar and capsanthin,but had no significant effect on fruit type index.4.Reducing phosphate fertilizer combined with Trichoderma can significantly improve nutrient accumulation and fertilizer utilization rate of pepper.Phosphorus reduction can improve the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer.Compared with other treatments,TP85 treatment increased the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer and the accumulation of total phosphorus in pepper fruit.The results showed that TP85 treatment was batter in improving the quality and yield of pepper fruit and promoting the growth of pepper plant. |
