In order to overcome the problems of soil salinization,continuous cropping obstacles in the vegetable facility cultivation,the average yield of unit area brought lower than other countries and the quality of tuber brought also bad.The paper used pepper as representative vegetable with the experiment material and did a comparative experiment of pepper cultivation by fertilizing different concentration of NPK and four different matrixes.The two arms are to find out a best cultivated substrate and fertilizer prescription.Based on the data of experiment,the cultural mathematical model were set up by computer such as agricultural characteristics,yield,soluble sugar content,nitrate content,nitrite content,vitamin C content,and so on.The following conclusions were obtained:(1) In this whole trial,all indices that had been tested were significantly different after treatments of cultivated substrate,fertilizer prescription and treatment combinations.(2) In the early stage and metaphase,the plant spreading showed no difference after treatments of peat,sand,and perlite3:1:1 and 2:1:1.If cultivated substrate is peat,growth amount of plant spreading in the late stage was more than that in the prophase.N160P175K70 showed worst in the whole growth period.The shoot of plant in the prophase was biggest after treatment of peat,sand,and perlite1:1:1mixed with fertilizer of N80P175K140.And the treatments as followed had the largest plant spreading in the metaphase:peat,sand,and pearlite(3:1:1)×N160P175K140;peat,sand,and pearlite(1:1:1)×N80P175K140.(3) The effects of different cultivated substrates were not same on the height of plants in different periods;The treatment of peat:sand:pearlite(3:1:1)×N160P175K70 in the experiment showed the significant difference of height of plants in the early stage;peat>peat:sand:pearlite(2:1:1)>3:1:1>1:1:1.The biggest effect on flowering date was N160P175K70(4) Effect of peat:sand:pearlite(3:1:1) and peat:sand:pearlite(2:1:1) was better than peat,but more better than peat:sand:pearlite(1:1:1) on the yield per plant and total yield,and that on the early stage yield was peat>peat:sand:pearlite(3:1:1)>1:1:1>2:1:1;The treatment of N160P175K140 showed best on the yield per plant and total yield,and N160P350K70 and N80P350K140 on the all indices of yield;The treatment of peat:sand:pearlite(1:1:1) ×N160P175K70 in the experiment showed the significant difference on the yield per plant and total yield,peat×N160P350K70 was the best treatment combination on the early stage yield(5) That quality of indices showed no difference after treatments of cultivated substrate, that is,peat:sand:pearlite 2:1:1 and 1:1:1,the treatments of peat was the worst on the quality of indices,N80P350K70 was the best treatment on the contain of soluble sugar,nitrate and nitrite in the trial;the best treatment was peat:sand:perlite1:1:1 with urea 80kg/hm2, Calcium Superphosphate 350kg/hm2,potassium chloride 140kg/hm2;The treatment of peat:sand:pearlite(2:1:1 )×N160P350K70 produced the least contains of nitrate and nitrite in the pepper...
