In the actual production of facilities vegetables, because of the blind fertilization and excessive fertilization of the farmers, the proportion of the nutrient elements in the soil is not coordinated, the yield and quality of the vegetables are reduced, the fertilizer and resources are wasted, the utilization rate of the fertilizer is reduced and the environment is polluted for the past few years.Meanwhile,at home and abroad, there are many studies on nitrogen fertilizer in the cultivation, growth physiology and fertilizer utilization of greenhouse pepper, but there are few studies on phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer. In order to investigate the suitable amount of phosphorus application, based on the preliminary study of the project group,"Longjiao No.5" was used as the test material. The effects of different phosphorus application levels on the physiological growth and fertilizer utilization of pepper were explored by pot culture, aim to providing the theory of precision fertilization and high quality production in the plant culture of the facilities. There are four of phosphorus application levels were set: CK which have no fertilization as a comparison, and the amount of phosphate fertilizer of other treatments(T1~T4)decreased stepwise, according to 20%、25%、30% and 35% of utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer to manure. The main results are as follows:1.Under the condition of amount of nitrogen and potassium invariant,T3 treatment significantly increased the growth index of pepper plants. The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity of T3 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments after engraftment 50~100 days.At the same time, improve the Pn,Gs,Tr,Fv/Fm and Φ PSⅡof leaves. After engraftment 50~100 days, the height of plants of T3 treatment was higher 12.9% to 18.0% than that of other treatments, the stems diameter of T3 treatment was higher 15.3% to 26.1% than that of other treatments. The roots activity of T3 treatment reached its maximum value at the one hundredth day, which is higher 15.3% to 26.1% than other treatments. The largest dry matter accumulation was T3 treatment, which significantly increased the dry matter accumulation rate compared with other treatments. When the phosphate fertilizer is excessive or insufficient, the growth index of pepper plants decreases significantly, which affects the growth of plants.2.In each fertilization treatment, with the increase of the application amount of phosphate fertilizer, the accumulation amount of potassium nitrogen are first increased and then decreased, indicating that too much or insufficient phosphate fertilizer would affect the absorption of potassium nitrogen in pepper. The amount of phosphorus accumulation gradually increased, and the response of the phosphorus absorption of pepper plants was luxury absorption. The fertilizer utilization rate, partial factor productivity from applied phosphorus,Agronomy efficiency of applied phosphorus are first increased and then decreased. The nutrient distribution rate in pepper fruit is the highest, but too much phosphorus reduces the distribution of nutrients in the pepper fruit. The fertilizer utilization rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in T3 treatment were 39.8%,28.8% and 38.5%,significantly higher than other treatments.3.T3 treatment significantly increased the weight of single pepper, pepper number of each plant and yield. The yield increase rate was higher 26.9% to 49.1% than other treatments. As the amount of phosphate fertilizer was increased, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C in pepper are first increased and then decreased. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C of T3 treatment are higher than other treatments significantly. To sum up,T3 treatment is the best treatment for this experiment.
