Proper warm-up is very important to improve the training effect, athletic ability and competitiveness of horses. The sports fatigue of horses is the core problem of the development of horse racing industry. In this study,10 Speed Yili horses were selected as the research objects, with the maximum heart rate of 50%-60%,60%-70%,70%-80%respectively,and the warm-up time of 10 minutes,5 minutes and 3 minutes. The effects of different warm-up degrees on blood gas, biochemical and heart rate indexes were analyzed, and the recovery of body state and various indexes of horses under different warm-up degrees were explored,The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the application of the best warm-up program for horse fatigue recovery. The results are as follows:The results of blood gas analysis showed that:Under the warm-up degree of 9 groups, only the PCO2concentration of group I returned to the resting level 30 minutes after the race, and the PCO2 concentration in the resting state,30 minutes and 60 minutes after the race was significantly higher than that immediately after the race(P<0.01);The concentration of PO2 in groups I,II,VII and IX returned to the resting level30 minutes after the race;In group I,II,VI and VIII,the concentration of TCO2 in resting state and 60minutes after the race was significantly higher than that immediately after the race and 30 minutes after the race(P<0.01),and returned to the resting level 60 minutes after the race;Glu concentration in groups I,III,IV,VI,VII,VIII and IX returned to the resting level 60 minutes after the race;HCT returned to resting level 30 minutes after the race; The p H value in groups I and III at rest and 60 minutes after the race was significantly higher than that immediately after the race(P<0.05),and it was significantly higher at 30 minutes after the race than that immediately after the race(P<0.01);BE returned to resting level 60minutes after the race in groups I,II,III,IV,V and VIII.The biochemical indexes analysis showed that:Under different warm-up levels, the concentrations of biochemical indexes in nine groups increased significantly immediately after the race, and then decreased gradually. In group I,the concentration of ALT,AST,LDH,CK,UA and UREA returned to the resting level 30 minutes after the race, the concentration of LAC returned to the resting level 60 minutes after the race, and the concentration of ALT and LDH returned to the resting level 30 minutes after the race. The results of heart rate indexes analysis showed that:HR immediately after the race in the nine groups was significantly higher than that in the rest state and 60 minutes after the race(P<0.01).The heart rate recovery rate in 60 minutes after the race was higher than that in 30 minutes after the race. The heart rate recovery rate in 30 minutes after the race was the highest in Group VIII.In Group VIII and IX,HR immediately after race was significantly higher than that at 30 minutes after race(P<0.01),and HR at 30minutes after race was significantly higher than that at rest(P<0.01).In conclusion, when the warm-up time is 10 minutes and the maximum heart rate is 50%-60%,the ability of ventilation, oxygen carrying and anaerobic metabolism is better, the protein metabolism level is more stable, and the recovery time is faster. In this group of warm-up degree, the damage of liver, heart and skeletal muscle is the least, which indicates that 50%-60%of the warm-up time is 10 min HRmax warm-up group can be used as one of the warm-up plans for Yili horse 1000 m speed race in the future.
