This experiment investigated the effect of continuous wave medium frequency electrotherapy on fatigue recovery after the Yili horse race.Nine male horses from Zhaosu Tianma Cultural Park in Yili were selected as the research objects.After the test race at 1200 m,the horses were treated with electrotherapy at the frequency of 1,1.5 and 2 m A for 30 min after the race.Every 7 days is a cycle of the test.On the 7th day of each cycle,blood gas,blood samples and heart rate were collected before the competition,immediately after the competition and 30 min after the competition.Statistical analysis was used to study the effect of different electrotherapy intensities on fatigue after the Yili horse race.The results of the study are as follows:Analysis of HRV: The treatment results of different electrotherapy intensity showed that the LF/HF electrotherapy 1 m A group was significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A and untreated groups(P<0.05),and the SD2/SD1 electrotherapy group 1 was extremely significantly higher than the electrotherapy 2 m A group and the untreated group(P<0.01),significantly higher than the electrotherapy group 2(P<0.05);the results of different electrotherapy intensities and time periods showed that immediately after the game SD2/SD1 electrotherapy 1 m A group was significantly higher than electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A group and untreated group(P<0.05),30 minutes after the game,the LF/HF electrotherapy 1 m A group was significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1.5 m A group(P<0.05),and the SD2/SD1 electrotherapy 1.5 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the electrotherapy 2m A group(P<0.01).Analysis of blood gas indexes: The treatment results of different electrotherapy intensity showed that the MDA electrotherapy 2 m A group and the untreated group were extremely significantly lower than the electrotherapy 1,1.5 m A group(P<0.01),and the SOD electrotherapy 1 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the untreated group(P<0.01).higher than the electrotherapy 1.5 m A group(P<0.05),the CK electrotherapy 1 m A group was extremely significantly lower than the electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A group and the untreated group(P<0.01),and the electrotherapy 1.5 m A group was significantly higher than the untreated group(P<0.05).The results of different electrotherapy intensities and time periods showed that immediately after the game,the MDA electrotherapy 1.5 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1,2 m A group and the untreated group(P<0.01),and the SOD electrotherapy 1,1.5,and 2 m A groups were extremely significantly higher than those of the untreated group.Treatment group(P<0.01),electrotherapy 1 m A group was significantly higher than electrotherapy 1.5 m A group(P<0.05),T/C electrotherapy 1,1.5,2 m A group was extremely significantly lower than untreated group(P<0.01),CK The electrotherapy 1 m A group was extremely significantly lower than the electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A group,and the untreated group(P<0.01);30minutes after the game,the MDA electrotherapy 1 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A group and the untreated group(P<0.01),the SOD electrotherapy 1 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the untreated group(P<0.01),significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1.5,2 m A group(P<0.05),and the CK electrotherapy 1.5 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the 1,2 m A group and untreated group(P<0.01),the electrotherapy 2 m A group was extremely significantly higher than the electrotherapy 1 m A group and the untreated group(P<0.01),and the electrotherapy 1 m A group was significantly higher than the untreated group(P<0.05).The results showed that different intensities of electrotherapy were performed after the Yili horse race,electrotherapy 1.5 m A can improve the frequency of muscle contraction and relaxation,reduce the damage of kidney function,reduce the content of free radicals produced by the body,enhance the ability of scavenging free radicals.At the same time,enhance the activity of vagus nerve and inhibit sympathetic nerve activity.To sum up,under the distance of 1200 m,the intensity of electrotherapy 1.5m A can be the best choice for fatigue recovery after the Yili horse race in the future.
