| Marine fishery is the leading industry of Zhoushan.The overall development of marine economy is in good shape.With the help of marine fishery,Zhoushan’s GDP growth rate has reached the first place in the province in 2019.In the past 20 years,Zhoushan Fishery and China’s marine fishery have developed and progressed together,which is the epitome of China’s marine fishery.This study focuses on the Zhoushan products supply chain,through the investigation of Zhoushan products "distribution center" international aquatic city,from the traditional and e-commerce aquatic products supply chain of the international aquatic city,to find the reasons for the lack of marine fishery innovation and put forward the countermeasures.First of all,this paper reviews the current research on agricultural and fishery issues and social network and innovation,and combs the theory of difference order pattern,relationship strength and information asymmetry in social network.Then it reviews the development status of marine fishery innovation by comparing the production organization,production mode and agricultural and fishery innovation.The basic situation of the six cases and the design of interviews and questionnaires are described.According to the collection of interview and questionnaire data,combined with the actual situation of the case,from the perspective of social network,through the comparison of two different supply chains,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of innovation,and concludes that the relationship attributes,management and control methods,driving sources and information characteristics of the two supply chains affect innovation.In the aspect of relationship attribute,the traditional aquatic product supply chain is dominated by strong relationship,while the e-commerce supply chain is dominated by weak relationship,which leads to information redundancy in the network,which is not conducive to innovation;in the aspect of management and control mode,the traditional aquatic product supply chain is informal management and control,while the e-commerce supply chain is formal management and control,and the informal management and control is restrained by "human feelings" and "face",which is stable,but few changes are not conducive to innovation In terms of driving sources,the traditional aquatic product supply chain is mainly front-end Oriented Innovation,while the e-commerce aquatic product supply chain is mainly market-oriented,and the innovation driven by front-end fishing boats is a kind of "passive innovation",which is not easy to promote innovation.In terms of information characteristics,the background of individuals in the traditional supply chain network is similar,and the resources and information they have are relatively single,which hinders innovation;through the calculation of visual graphics,density and average shortest path,it is concluded that the information dissemination speed of the traditional supply chain is slow,which hinders innovation.Finally,through the above research contents and conclusions,five suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: promoting the development of fishery organization structure,supporting the development of e-commerce,promoting a variety of circulation modes,increasing information investment,and coordinating the development of fishing industry and fishery.Through the study of this paper,the problems existing in the innovation and development of Marine fishery are discussed from the perspective of social network of supply chain from theoretical and empirical aspects,and the influences of two supply chains on innovation are elaborated from four aspects.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward for the current situation of insufficient innovation ability of Marine fishery,so as to promote the realization of fishery modernization. |
