Abstract/Summary:
At present,in view of the development of cotton topping mechanization,in addition to cutting off the top branch,the top lateral branch should also be cut off.However,at present,the cotton topping machine only cuts off the top of the cotton plant,and most of them only study the height automatic profiling system of the topping machine.Although some scholars have designed a topping machine to cut the top branch and the highest lateral branch at the same time,it does not involve the problem of automatic alignment.In order to improve the topping quality of cotton topping machine,a high gap chassis cotton topping machine is designed,which cuts off the top branch and the highest side branch at the same time.In order to determine the size and layout of the topping blade,through field investigation and literature review,the cotton plant type structure was understood,and the number and layout of the blade were determined according to the topping demand;according to the growth characteristics of cotton during the topping period,the maximum lateral deviation between the top and the bottom main stem was 15 cm,so the blade length was 30 cm.Three dimensional modeling is carried out to lay the structural foundation for simulation.In order to determine the optimal parameters of torsion spring and the optimal forward speed of high clearance chassis in the detection mechanism,RecurDyn was used to carry out the three factor and three-level virtual simulation orthogonal test of chassis forward speed,torsion spring stiffness coefficient and torsion spring damping coefficient,and the influence law of various factors on the angular speed and rebound angle of detection rod was compared and analyzed;the response surface method was used to optimize the combination of different parameters The forward speed is 1.33 km/h,the stiffness coefficient is 400 Nmm/rad,the damping coefficient is 0.40 Nmm/(rad/s),the detection angular speed P1 is 4.96 rad/s,and the detection rod rebound angle P2 is 0.77° under the best combination.It provides technical parameters for torsion spring selection.Aiming at the deficiency of the current automatic control system of cotton topping machine,a control system integrating signal acquisition module,line execution module,monitoring system module and height lifting module is developed.In order to improve the driving straightness of the chassis,the touch screen human-computer interface is used to detect the cotton deviation in real time.Workers can control the topping height of cotton topping machine in real time through human-computer interaction interface.The upper computer adopts the cloud platform provided by FX2N-32MT PLC and HC-Suk8070 touch screen remote control module,which enables users to detect the working condition of the automatic travel system in real time through the cloud platform,and provides users with simple and intuitive human-computer interaction control.The field experiment was conducted to verify the effect of automatic alignment system.The results showed that compared with manual alignment,the average deviation of automatic alignment system decreased by 7.08 cm,56.62%year-on-year,and the non deviation rate increased by 275%year-on-year.The quality of topping work was improved,and the economic benefits of growers were improved.
