Abstract/Summary:
Cotton is our country’s main economic crops, mechanization and automation of physical methods isbecoming a hot research field of topping precision agriculture science. For these problems of profiling poorresults and topping low accuracy,Through a combination of theoretical studies and physical testing,Designthe automatic profiling cutting system of cotton top machine combined bench and field tests conductedin-depth research.Main research contents and results, including:1.Cotton material properties:Cotton field material properties are reasonable and reliable design basisof cotton top machine automatic profiling cutting system,the determinants of device structure and keyparameters.In this paper, the physical characteristics of cotton such as growth habit, height and spatialcharacteristics are summarized;Establish a simplified model to cotton stalk,on the plant, many strains ofstress analysis,and dynamic mechanical analysis of contour cutting process.2.structural design:Through analyzing the structure of domestic cotton topping machine,On the basisof investigation and research made program with spindle power transmission and copying device profilinglifting movement noninterference.Design and development the telescoping tube-based transmission andvertically profiling platform automatic profiling cutting system.By solidworks software tothree-dimensional modeling of automatic profiling cutting system and the various machine parts,then putthe parts for virtual assembly verification.3.Bench test:By indoor bench test simulation the process of topping the field, First, testanalysis,determine the impact of the main factors in topping;According to repeated tests,for test of threefactors and three levels orthogonal.Use spss data analysis software to analysis with range and variance fortest results. Draw the major factors that affect the profiling indicators optimal combination, that is, thespeed of the trolley at0.85m/s prof·iling cutter distance60cm, hydraulic displacement5.6L/min whentopping the best results. A theoretical basis for the optimization of the experimental prototype structureparameters and the choice of parameters is provided.4. Field experiments: the operating speed of3.02km/h, the standard deviation at4.2hours, topping therate reached93.7percent, topping around the cotton plant height trajectory better fit, topping accuracy andstability improved. Experiments show that the field test and bench test results are basically the same.This study provides a theoretical and practical basis for the further design of topping precisionmachine.
