Cotton as the main crops of Xinjiang,has significant effects on the province's economic,now,in addition to cotton in multi-topping work has not been automated machinery,other mechanical production process have been fully realize modernization.The key lies in cotton leaves to cotton in multi-topping machinery production adaptive identification and job control system research.Aiming at the existing in Xinjiang cotton multi-topping machine real-time and precision is low,and multi-topping problems such as leakage,this article focuses on the Xinjiang cotton planting status quo and agronomic requirements of cotton,summarize research results at home and abroad,developed based on the electric hoist control system in multi-topping institutions,through the key to the overall system design,developed the practical feasible test bench.(1)Based on the characteristics of the natural growth of cotton leaves and field research,combined with the cotton leaves in multi-topping process requirement,to determine the best multi-topping way suitable for cotton,the cotton leaves top cutting experiment,calculate the cotton leaves top multi-topping critical cutting speed,and then the basic power of the electric part in multi-topping.(2)To determine the overall cotton multi-topping electromechanical dynamic lifting scheme of the control system,and then start to design the overall structure of the cotton in multi-topping test rack,combined with SolidWorks established three models and the floor plan,expounds its working principle,at the same time completed based on step lift control system of the cotton in multi-topping test-bed is a key part of the design and selection,the following control system respectively from two main aspects to carry on the design of software and hardware,and hardware include the linear motor,multi-topping device,the software contains the connection of the control system,instructions,etc.The engine test bench on the TC55 controller as the core unit,then configure the height measuring system,the cutter height control system and other auxiliary circuit unit,jointly set up a complete control system.(3)To make up for the position error so as to improve the accuracy of elevator,modular simulation using the algorithm of fuzzy linear elevator control system,at the same time create a mathematical model of step into the elevator control system to improve the stability and fast response for the technical key,in view of the actual multi-topping requirements,online writing rules table and system amplitude frequency characteristics,combined with the function of Simulink module combination simulation grid,according to the fuzzy PID control algorithm under the condition of dynamic variables automatically for real-time position error compensation,by comparing the simulation,the results show that the system USES fuzzy PID control strategy can make more system positioning precision,response in a timely manner,stable and smooth.(4)Designed and processed to be perfect completed in multi-topping test bench,through the bench debugging to carry out field trials and make use of the Design-Expert software for data by single factor and interaction and variance analysis,it is concluded that the influence of various influence factors of system measurement results.According to the experimental conditions and constraints,and optimization of test parameters,through the test results,based on the electric elevator control system of the test-bed is to perform basic operation test,multi-topping within acceptable error range,can basically meet the need of cotton in multi-topping,and has simple structure,stable system,the characteristics of easy operation.
