| Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is the largest cotton growing areas. In recent years, with the rapid development of agriculture and continuous improvement of mechanization level, cotton acreage is growing.Mechanization of cotton production need to further improve.Cotton top cuter plays an irreplaceable role in modern cotton production process as an important component of full mechanization.In this paper, we study 3DDF-8 cotton top cuter developed by Mechanical Engineering of Xinjiang University and Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of Xinjiang Academy.The devices collecting signal of cotton top height implies infrared sensor technology and codec technology,detect the amount of the hydraulic cylinder stroke by the rotary encoder,the system controller collects height signal and the displacement of rod to compare them for making judgments, At last, send out appropriate control commands to adjust the height of the hydraulic cylinder to make cutters'position corresponding to the top line of cotton.As development of science and increasing awareness of environmental protection, infrared sensing technology and sensor technology has a new development in agricultural applications. Especially in recent years, with depth and maturity of micro-electronic and its high precision, interference, etc, the application in agricultural becomes more extensive. And with the maturity of sensor technology,the agricultural machinery will improved more automation and intelligence.In addition,we also used mechanical/hydraulic modeling and simulation software AMESim create a basic hydraulic circuit,set model parameters based on our using hydraulic system for simulation. By analysis the dynamic response of hydraulic cylinder piston rod in different conditions (such as the input signal, the hydraulic cylinder parameters and the load),summarized the factors that impact working state of the hydraulic system.Provide a reference for selection of hydraulic system and settlement of parameters to make our hydraulic system works in the best condion. |
