| At present,the topping link of cotton planting in China is mainly manual topping.In recent years,with the growth of cotton planting area,the demand for cotton topping operation has increased.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a cotton topping device instead of manual topping to adapt to the growth of cotton planting area.At present,there are chemical topping and mechanical topping that do not rely on manpower.Chemical capping has the disadvantages of polluting the environment,low topping accuracy and requiring multiple application of chemicals.Compared with mechanical cutting,mechanical topping is more in line with the development requirements of "green agriculture" on the basis of ensuring topping efficiency.Therefore,this topic selects the mechanical topping method to cut off the cotton tip.Its working principle is that the crop lifter separates the side branches entangled with adjacent cotton and gathers them to the center of the crop lifter opposite the cotton plant.The sensor detects the cotton height and transmits the height signal to the hydraulic cylinder.The hydraulic cylinder adjusts the cutter head height according to the cotton height,and finally cuts off the cotton tip.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Field survey of cotton plants in Xinjiang before and after topping.The plant height,planting scale,planting mode and topping mode of cotton were measured through field investigation.(2)According to the agronomic requirements of cotton topping,determine the design requirements of the hydraulic cotton topping machine,complete the design of the complete structure of the hydraulic cotton topping machine and the design of the belt transmission part of the topping machine,carry out design modeling and virtual assembly of the topping lifting device and cutter head,and verify the rationality of the mechanical part design of the cotton topping machine.(3)According to the design requirements of the hydraulic system of hydraulic cotton topping machine,a suitable hydraulic system of cotton topping machine is designed,and the parameters of its related components are calculated and selected.(4)Analyze and model the topping and lifting device,use Simulink simulation software to simulate and analyze the topping and lifting device,and use particle swarm optimization algorithm to set the parameters that are difficult to be set,and get the corresponding parameters.Then bring these parameters into the simulation model,and compare the simulation results with the simulation results under linear active disturbance rejection control to get a better design scheme.(5)In this chapter,modeling and simulation are carried out for the components required by the hydraulic system of the topping machine to ensure that they meet the design requirements.The control signal,the flow of lifting cylinder and the flow curve of make-up oil pump are obtained by simulating the jacking lifting device with load change,and the flow change meets the design requirements.At the same time,the hydraulic transmission system of cotton topper is simulated,and the motor speed and load speed curve are obtained.The load speed meets the power transmission requirements of cotton topper.The correctness of the hydraulic system model of the topping machine is verified.(6)Through field performance test and analysis of test data,it is determined that the hydraulic system of cotton topping machine can meet the technical requirements of cotton topping. |
