Effects Of Several Growth Regulators Combination Treatment On Fruit Enlargement And Quality Of Shine-muscat

In this paper,’Shine-Muscat’grape was used as the experimental material to study the effects of eight treatment combinations of three plant growth regulators of gibberellin,streptomycin and forchlorfenuron on grape fruit swelling and quality,and the relevant fruit quality was determined.Indicators and observed the anatomical structure of the fruit,the main results are as follows:1.From the perspective of the effect of different growth regulator combinations on the fruit diameter of the’Shine-Muscat’grape,each treatment combination of gibberellin,streptomycin and forchlorfenuron can increase the fruit’s diameter of the’Shine-Muscat’grape grape And longitudinal diameter,of which combination 5 and combination 6 have the most obvious effect on increasing the transverse diameter of fruit,and combination 1 and combination 7 have the best effect on increasing the longitudinal diameter of fruit.2.Judging from the effects of different growth regulator combinations on the size and shape of’Shine-Muscat’grape grape,the volume of grapes in combination 3is smaller,the shape of grape in combination 1 is longer,and the shape of grape in combination 6 is Rounder.Gibberellin and streptomycin have the effect of lengthening grape fruit,and the appropriate combination of plant growth regulators should be selected according to specific needs during production.3.Judging from the effects of different growth regulator combinations on the anatomy of the’Shine-Muscat’grape fruit,combination 5 has a larger cell area and a larger number of fruits,and has a larger single-grain weight and ear weight.,Recommended for production.The fruit cell density of combination 4 in the first rapid growth period was the largest at 310 cells/mm2,and the cell density of fruit peel in combination 9 at the growth lag phase was the largest at 204 cells/mm2,and the cell density of the fruit combination in the second rapid growth period was 5 The maximum is 148 pieces/mm~2.4.From the perspective of the effects of different growth regulator combinations on the seedless rate of’Shine-Muscat’grape fruit,the seedless rate of combination 1 is up to 70%,and the seedless rate of other combinations is significantly higher than that of the control group.5.From the perspective of the effect of different growth regulator combinations on the storage of’Shine-Muscat’grape,compared with the control group,each combination of growth regulators can improve the storage of’Shine-Muscat’grape fruit.Among them,the fruits of combination 5 and combination 3 had the lowest shatter rate and decay rate,and the best storability.In summary,the application of growth regulator combination 5,that is,’Shine-Muscat’grape are dipped with 25 mg/L gibberellin+2 mg/L forchlorfenuron at 12 hours after flowering,25 mg at intervals of 10-14 days/L gibberellin+2 mg/L forchlorfenuron dipped in ears can effectively improve the fruit quality,seedless rate and storability of the’Shine-Muscat’grape.
