【Objective】Effects of different plant growth regulators on flowers and fruits of’Crimson Seedless’grape.The purpose is to improve the quality of flowers and fruits and screen out the flower and fruit management technology suitable for high yield and high quality of local’Crimson Seedless’grapes.【Method】8-year-old’Crimson Seedless’grapes were sprayed with different plant growth regulators at inflorescence separation stage,early fruit swelling stage and early coloring stage respectively.The grape growth indexes and fruit quality indexes were measured respectively.【Results】(1)In the inflorescence separation stage,spraying the whole plant with different concentrations of Promalin,Bihu and 1%S-ABA antibiotics can significantly increase the ear length of’Crimson Seedless’grapes,and The length of the ear increases with the increase of the treatment concentration.Among them,the length of the ear under the treatments of 1%S-ABA 3000 times,Promalin 2000 times and Bihu 1000times increased by 25.85%,18.01%and 15.77%compared with the control;In terms of fruit setting rate,1%S-ABA 500 times and 1000 times inducing antibiotics decreased significantly compared with the control,and the fruit ears were sparse,with large and small grains and deformed inflorescences.All treatments had little effect on single grain weight and fruit vertical and horizontal diameter.For intrinsic quality,all treatments could increase the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar and reduce the titratable acid content of fruit to varying degrees.Compared with the control,the sugar and acid of each treatment increased significantly,which had a great effect on the improvement of grape flavor.Among the treatments,1%S-ABA 3,000 times and 2,000 times of Promalin were better,and 1,000 times of Bihu had the best taste;(2)Spraying different concentrations of Hongti Dabao and Promalin in the early stage of fruit expansion can significantly increase the single-grain weight of grapes and the horizontal and vertical diameter of the fruit.Among them,Hongti Dabao 1000 times and Promalin 6000 times The single-grain weight under the treatment was 1.37 times that of the control,the longitudinal diameter of the fruit was 1.17 and 1.19 times that of the control,and the transverse diameter of the fruit increased by 1.9 mm and 1.97 mm compared with the control.For the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar,2000 times of Hongti Dabao and 6000times of Promalin were significantly higher than those of the control and other treatments,which were increased by 1.51%,1.91%and 0.75%,0.62%compared with the control.Different treatments had different effects on the titratable acid content of fruit.Among them,the 2000-fold and 3,000-fold of Hongti Dabao were significantly lower than those of the control,and the 5,000-fold of Promethazine had no significant difference compared with the control,and other treatments were significantly higher than the control.The sugar-to-acid ratio between each treatment showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the concentration of Hongti Dabao,and decreased with the increase of the concentration of Promalin,reaching 2000 times of Hongti Dabao and 6000 times of Promalin respectively.peak.Hongti Dabao 2000 times and Promalin 6000 times have better effect on grape expansion,which can significantly increase the soluble solids,soluble sugar and Vc content of the fruit,and reduce the titratable acid content and CIRG value.Comprehensive analysis,Hongti Dabao 2000 times processing efficiency is the best;(3)Spraying different concentrations of ALA,BR and ABA at the initial stage of coloring,the contents of cirg and anthocyanin in the fruit of each treatment increased significantly at fruit maturity,especially under the treatment of ALA 100 mg·L-1,BR 0.75 mg·L-1and ABA 40 mg·L-1.Among them,cirg was 1.54times,1.52 times and 1.49 times higher than that of the control,and the contents of anthocyanin were 2.03times,2.12 times and 2.15 times higher than that of the control respectively.Compared with the control,the chlorophyll content of each treatment decreased in varying degrees.Except that there was no significant difference between ALA50 mg·L-1and aba10 mg·L-1,other treatments decreased significantly.The carotenoid content of each treatment was significantly lower than that of the control.The comprehensive ranking of principal component analysis was:B4>A3>C4>C3>A4>B3>B5>C5>A2>C2>B2>A5>A1>C1>B1>CK,indicating that the grapes treated with ALA,BR and ABA could increase the content of cirg and pericarp anthocyanin,soluble solid and soluble sugar,reduce the content of pericarp chlorophyll and carotenoid,significantly reduce the content of titratable acid and improve the fruit quality.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that abscisic acid 40 mg·L-1had the best effect.【Conclusion】To sum up,the use of Bihu 1000 times in the inflorescence separation stage,Hongti Dabao2000 times in the fruit expansion stage,and the use of ABA 40 mg·L-1in the early stage of coloring have a significant effect on grape inflorescence elongation,fruit expansion,fruit coloring and fruit quality,which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the ear elongation,fruit expansion,fruit coloring and fruit quality improvement of’Crimson Seedless’grape,and has guiding significance for production. |
