’Shine Muscat’ ’Sunshine Rose’ grapes are crispy,thin-skinned,high soluble solids content,rich rose fragrance,excellent taste,in the cultivation also has the characteristics of robust tree posture,disease resistance and strong flower bud differentiation ability,long fruit hanging time,resistant to storage and transportation.Therefore,the ’Sunshine Rose’ variety is loved by consumers and growers.However,under the condition of natural fruit setting,there will be sparse fruit panicles,small seeds of fruit grains,yellowing of fruit peels and easy to rust,which can solve the above problems through growth regulators,but at present,the types and concentrations of growth regulators used in production are uneven,and improper use of growth regulators will also produce flower panicle deformities,reduced aroma substance content,fruit hollowness,soluble solids decline,fruit brushes become short and easy to fall off and other side effects,so it is necessary to explore suitable combinations of growth regulators.This study was conducted in 2021 and was conducted in the Sunshine Vineyard in Huangxing Town,Hunan Agricultural University,using the six-year-old ’Shine Muscat’grape as the test material.200 mg/L SM,12.5 mg/L or 25 mg/L GA3,2 mg/L CPPU,4mg/L TDZ were combined in different combinations,two weeks before flowering,during the full flowering period and two weeks after flowering,and the fruit quality and volatile aroma substance content were determined after the fruit was ripened,providing a theoretical basis for the high-quality production of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)The growth regulator concentration combination treated the ’Sunshine Rose’grape fruit,and the ripening fruit has a significant effect in terms of seedless induction:SM does have a significant effect in the seedless induction of ’Sunshine Rose’,and the seedless rate of the treatment of adding SM is better than that of other treatments,which can reach 100%;GA3 + CPPU,GA3 + TDZ combination treatment twice also has a good seedless induction effect,the seedless rate is more than 85%,and the highest can reach 96.66%.(2)The growth regulator concentration combination treated the ’ Shine Muscat ’grape fruit,and the fruit at the ripe stage was treated in terms of appearance quality:except for the SM treatment alone,all other fruit appearance quality indicators were improved;GA3 + TDZ treatment of the ’Sunshine Rose’ flower/ panicle can significantly improve the yellowing of the peel,reduce the rust generation,increase the single grain weight,but lead to an increase in hollowness rate and a decrease in fruit hardness;its expansion effect GA3+ TDZ > GA3 + CPPU > GA3+CPPU+SM,GA3+CPPU combination can significantly improve fruit diameter and fruit shape index;The GA3+TDZ combination significantly increases its cross-cutting diameter.Treated with 12.5 mg/L GA3+4 mg/L TDZ or 25 mg/LGA3+4 mg/L TDZ two days after flowering,the comprehensive quality of the fruit was comparable to that of the conventional two treatments.(3)The combination of growth regulator concentration on the ’Shine Muscat’ grape fruit treatment,the ripe fruit intrinsic quality: in this test,GA3 and CPPU are used together to improve the effect of soluble solids,and the effects of each treatment on titrable acid and vitamin C have no obvious changes,and their content is not much different,but GA3+TDZ will delay the ripening of its fruit by 1-2 weeks.(4)The difference in the content of volatile aroma substances in the fruit of the’Shine Muscat’ grape by the combination of growth regulator concentrations was changed;a total of 29 aroma substances were measured in this test,the main components of which were hexanal,propionic anhydride,trans-2-hexenylaldehyde,ethyl acetate,etc.Compared with the control CK,the total amount of aroma substances treated in most of the treatments decreased,especially the combination of GA3+TDZ,but the combination of GA3+CPPU and the two previous SM treatments could significantly increase the total aroma and the main substances that give grape rose fragrance such as benzaldehyde,geraniol and damasone.
