Effects Of Tibetan,Tajik,and Yi Folk Music On Milk Performance And Blood Physiological And Biochemical Indexes Of Dairy Cows | | Posted on:2019-05-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Y Ma | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2493306035458164 | Subject:Animal Nutrition and Feed Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In order to study the influence of Tibetan music,Tajik music,and Yi flok music on the milk production of dairy cows.Sixty-four Holstein cows with similar milk production,age,and parity were randomly divided into four groups:the Tibetan music group,the Tajik music group,the Yi folk music group,and the control group,with 16 in each group.The experimental group played music for 2 hours each at the feeding time in the morning,noon and evening.The experimental group used music of the Tibetan music,Tajik music,and Yi folk music respectively.The control group was fed regularly.On the day of the trial period(0 d),milk samples and blood were collected every 20 days.The pre-trial period is 7 days and the trial period is 60 days.Experiment 1 showed that the milk yields of the Tajik music group and the Yi folk music group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01);the milk production of the Tibetan music group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The milk production of the music group and the Yi folk music group was higher than that of the Tajik music group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The results show that the Tibetan music with the frequency closest to the constant speed music has the least negative impact on the milk production of dairy cows,and the negative effects of Tajik and Yi folk music are obvious.Tibetan music,Tajik music,and Yi folk music have no significant effect on dairy cow milk content.Experiment 2 showed that Tibetan music has the least impact on milk production,and Tajik music can significantly reduce milk production.Tibetan music,Tajik music,and Yi folk music can all increase the level of A in the blood(P<0.05),which intensifies the stress of dairy cows and reduces milk production.Explain that Tibetan music,Tajik music,and Yi folk music can reduce milk production by raising stress hormones in dairy cows,and should be avoided in actual production in the future.Experiment 3 shows that Tibetan music in three kinds of music has the least influence on the milk production of dairy cows,and Tajik music can reduce the milk production of dairy cows.Tajik music can reduce milk production in dairy cows.Tibetan music can increase the levels of INS in blood(P<0.05);Tajik music group can reduce the levels of FSH and LH in blood(P<0.05)and reduce the levels of E2and P(P<0.05),thereby reducing milk production.There is no significant influence on the Yi folk music group.Experiment 4 showed that Tibetan music promoted GLU absorption in dairy cows(P<0.01)and played a role in maintaining milk production.Tajik music can increase the content of TG in dairy cows(P<0.05),cause damage to the liver of dairy cows,reduce the immunity of cows,produce mastitis,and reduce milk production.Dai music has no significant effect.Experiment 5 showed that the serum GSH-Px levels in the Tibetan music group and the Yi folk music group were higher than those in the control group on the 60th day of the experiment(P<0.01).The levels of MDA in the serum of the control group were higher than the Tibetan music group and the Tajik music group with highly significant difference(P<0.01).From 0 to 60 days after the experiment,the T-AOC content in the control group was higher than the Tajik music group,with a highly significant difference(P<0.01).In summary,Tibetan music can increase the body’s antioxidant capacity and enhance immunity.Tajik music is the opposite. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Tibetan music, Tajik music, Yi folk music, lactation, neurotransmitter, endocrine, metabolism, immune performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
