Effects Of Different Types Of Music On Milk Performance And Blood Biochemical Indexes In Dairy Cows

To study Kazak music,Beethoven "Pastoral Symphony”,Uygur music,effects on milk performance of dairy cows.The age,parity,milk yield similar,feeding management and health status similar to Holstein cow 80 pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 pigs in each group.The three groups were playing music.The control group fed a normal diet.Blood samples were collected once every 20 d,and determine the amount of milk yield,milk samples.Experiment one showed that Kazak music can reduce the milk yield,the whole test period significantly increased the milk fat content of 20 d,and the whole test period significantly reduced the number of somatic cells.Uygur music for 40 d and the test period of milk yield decreased significantly,improve milk composition content,the whole test period.The cell number decreased significantly.Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony” reduced milk yield,improve milk composition content,reduced the number of somatic cells.The amount of milk production between the three groups were no significant difference.The 20 d Kazak music somatic cell count was significantly lower than that of Beethoven "Pastoral Symphony”.The 20 d,the somatic cell count of Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony” was significantly higher than that of Uygur musicThe 20 d,40d Kazak music content of milk protein lactose content was significantly higher than that of Beethoven " Pastoral Symphony”.Experiment two showed that Kazak music had no significant effect on the level of blood neurotransmitter in cows Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony”can increase the content of SS.Uygur music can increase the content of SS and reduce the content of Gly,NPY and SP.Among the three experimental groups,Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony” can lower the content of 5-HT in Kazak music.Uygur music can significantly reduce the content of NPY compared to Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony”.Uygur music can lower the content of Gly,NPY,SS and 5-HT compared to Kazak music.In the blood hormone level,Uygur music can reduce the content of ACTH.Experiment three showed that Kazak music can increase the content of CA,reduce the content of SDH,and promote the production of milk fat.Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony” can increase the content of LDH and CA,reduce the content of SDH,and promote the formation of lactose and milk fat.Uygur music can increase the content of LDH and CA,reduce the content of BHBA,and promote the production of lactose and milk fat.Between the three experimental groups: Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony”,it can increase the content of LDH and GLU and decrease the content of BHBA and CA in Kazak music.Uygur music can improve the content of BHBA,SDH,TG,CA and reduce the content of LDH and TC compared to Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony”.Uygur music can improve the content of BHBA,SDH and TG compared with Kazak music.Experiment four shows that Kazak music can increase the content of BUN and decrease the content of CREA.Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony” can increase the content of AST.Among the three experimental groups,Beethoven’s “ Pastoral Symphony” can increase the content of CREA and AST in Kazak music.Compared with Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony”,the content of AST and CREA decreased significantly.Experiment five shows that Kazak music can improve the content of SOD and GSH-Px.Beethoven “Pastoral Symphony” can reduce the content of GSH-Px and increase the content of MDA.Uygur music can reduce the content of SOD and increase the content of MDA.Among the three experimental groups,Beethoven’s “Pastoral Symphony” can decrease the content of SOD,GSH-Px and improve the content of MDA in Kazak music.Uygur music can increase the content of SOD and GSH-Px compared to Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony.Uygur music can lower the content of GSH-Px and increase the content of MDA in Kazak music.
