Effects Of Prenatal Education Music,Early Education Music And Children’s Music On Milk Performance,Physiological And Biochemical Indices Of Serum In Dairy Cows | | Posted on:2019-04-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y F Wu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2493306035957829 | Subject:Animal Nutrition and Feed Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In order to study the effects of prenatal education,early education and children’s music on lactation performance and blood index of dairy cows,the experiment selected the dairy cows in bayandai cattle farm of Yili zhongzhou company in Xinjiang as the research object.Sixty-four Holstein lactating cows were selected,among which the selected cows were required to ensure the age of 4-6 years,the number of fetuses was 2-3,the milk yield was close,and the health condition was good.The selected cows were randomly divided into 16 groups.Four groups were playing prenatal education music,early education music and children’s music,the other group as the control group.The test was divided into two stages,the pre-test period(7 d)and the positive test period(60 d).The test was conducted for 67 d.The data of milk yield,neuroendocrine hormone and energy metabolism were analyzed by prenatal education music,early education music and children music.The results of experiment 1 showed that early education music and prenatal education music could increase the milk cow yield,while children’s concert could decrease the milk cow yield.In addition,these three kinds of music have little effect on milk composition of dairy cows.Fetal education music frequency close to the cow heartbeat music is more suitable for cows to listen.The results of experiment 2 showed that prenatal education music and early education music could increase milk yield,because prenatal education music increased the contents of β-endorphin,Aminobutyric acid,Thyrotropin-releasing hormone,Luteinizing hormone,Growth hormone and Insulin in serum,promoted Prolactin release and decreased the contents of Somatostatin and Cholecystokinin in blood.Early education music increased β-endorphin and Prolactin,and decreased Somatostatin and Cholecystokinin.Children’s music on the other hand.The results of experiment 3 showed that fetal education music and early education music could promote Total protein and Albumin synthesis,improve crea metabolism level,enhance immunity(the content of Globulin,Aspartate transaminase and Alanine transaminase in blood decreased),and then increase milk yield.Children’s concert can damage the liver of dairy cows,affect the immunity of dairy cows(blood Globulin content increased,Albumin,crea content decreased),and then reduce milk production.The results of experiment 4 showed that prenatal education and early education music could promote the increase of Three iodine thyroid hormone and Thyroid hormone content,so as to improve the content of Total antioxident capacity,Superoxide dismutase,Glutathione peroxidase and Malondialdehyde,and enhance the resistance of the body,reduce the number of somatic cells and increase the lactose content.Children’s music,on the other hand,has the opposite effect,affecting the metabolism and resistance of the cow bod.. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Prenatal education music, Early education music, Children’s music, Milk production, Milk composition, Neuroendocrine, Blood hormone levels | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
