| In the new era,China is changing with each passing day,and the society has achieved unprecedented development and progress.The fundamental demand of the people is no longer to meet their basic needs of food and clothing,but to seek more spiritual and psychological satisfaction of food safety and quality.Similarly,at this stage,mutton is no longer a food demand before,but there is a structural change in demand,which requires that we must focus on the whole process of mutton production.The main research content of this paper is to calculate the technical efficiency of mutton sheep breeding in wengniute banner area,analyze the differences of different scale of mutton sheep farmers,and then analyze the factors that lead to the differences in technical efficiency,so as to provide a basis for the change of regional feeding mode,the development trend of different scale and the effective guidance of the government.This article mainly through on-the-spot investigation for wengniute-kulun area to get basic information and data of mutton sheep farmers to build for mutton sheep farmers input and output system and DEA method to measure,to the mutton sheep breeding farmers in-depth analysis of technical efficiency of different size differences in different scale advantages and disadvantages of mutton sheep farmers and the improvement direction.Finally,it is concluded that the comprehensive technical efficiency analysis of individual cases with different scale of mutton sheep breeding in the region is concluded that the technical efficiency of large-scale farms can be seen from the results that with the expansion of breeding scale,the improvement of economic benefits and the loss of technical efficiency due to external factors,and the medium-sized farmers perform well in technical efficiency.Due to the small scale of free-range farmers,the raising methods of smallholders do not consider the cost calculation,which leads to the increase of costs.For the comparison of comprehensive technical efficiency in different scales of mutton sheep breeding,the overall difference of technical efficiency is large,and the average value of 0.614 is still low.Although it is the sample measurement result at the micro level,it reflects the most real situation to some extent.In the inter-group analysis of different sizes,the overall technical efficiency of the group with large overall size is higher than that of the group with small overall size,but the phenomenon of decline will appear after reaching the critical point.From the analysis of different scale groups,the overall technical efficiency of free-range farmers was less than 0.6,accounting for 66.67%in the group,showing a serious lack of technical efficiency.The technical efficiency of large-scale mutton sheep farmers was second only to that of medium-sized farmers.The factors influencing the comprehensive technical efficiency of different scale of mutton sheep breeding in wengniute banner area were analyzed.Tobit model was used to analyze the factors affecting the technical efficiency,indicating that education level,technical training,cooperative and breeding scale all have positive effects on the technical efficiency.Conversely,grassland enclosure area and technical efficiency are negatively affected.Finally,under the condition of the local farmers to farmers and herdsmen is put forward to encourage moderate scale management,promote the upgrade farming mode and strengthen supervision and promote the mutton sheep breeding cooperation organization standardization play to the economies of scale,strengthen the technical training,improve the farmers scientific and cultural quality,perfecting the mutton thoroughbred breeding numerous push system,improve the overall technical efficiency,set up a scientific system of the mutton sheep breeding of supporting policies,regulate the advice of the production materials circulation,improve the efficiency of mutton sheep production technology,thus promote the farmers’ income,also provide a reference for government organization training effect. |
