One of the main application areas of CAD technology is the parametric serial design of parts and products.In view of the relatively fixed structure of some parts of the enterprise and the relatively finalized product function,its parameters have a clear correspondence with the control size of the design object.A set of parameters can be used to agree on the size relationship,and the modification of the design results is affected by the size drive.The special product design system developed by parametric design methods can free designers from a lot of heavy and trivial drawing work and improve design efficiency.Parametric design technology,with its powerful sketch design and size-driven graphics modification functions,has become an effective means for initial design,product modeling and modification series design,multi-plan comparison and dynamic design.So as to achieve the purpose of improving product design quality,shortening the design cycle,and reducing costs.Based on the above analysis,according to the characteristics of similarity,classification and grouping of products,this article adopts the parametric method for the typical elements and typical structure of typical mechanical parts,and uses Auto CAD as the design platform to carry out secondary development and apply it to mechanical parts.In the parameterized design of components,the parameterized design of pressure vessel head,cylindrical gear,shaft structure,flat key and other components has been realized.This article focuses on the following aspects:(1)Parameterized serial design of head and key parts.The use of Auto CAD’s secondary development tools for the parametric serialized design of mechanical parts(nearly 3,500 parts in series)effectively reduces the workload of designers in interactive drawing and improves the design efficiency of serialized products.(2)Parametric design of shaft parts.It focuses on the splicing principle and parameterization process in the development of the shaft section,and studies the unitized design of the shaft structure,so that the shaft products are developed to serialization,standardization and combination,which effectively shortens the product design and development cycle and improves the company Resilience to the market.(3)The parameterized design of gears and the combination of standard parts.Aiming at the problems of some parts(shafts,gears,keys,etc.)that are often used in the design of mechanical equipment,the CAD secondary development tool Visual Lisp is used to create a standard library.Users can easily call the required standard parts from the standard library.Complete product design work..
