| Electric energy is an essential survival resource for everyone’s life,and it is of great significance for the development and prosperity of every countr."Science and technology should be developed,and electric power should be first",Our country attaches great importance to the development of the power industry,and even gives priority to the development of the power industry before the development of other industrial sectors.This is because the power industry is the foundation to maintain the rapid and stable development of all sectors of the national economy.Without electricity,there will be no economic development and social progress,and there will be no prosperity of the country and happiness of the people.China’s power grid business is mainly undertaken by the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.In power grid companies,ensuring safe and reliable power supply is the bottom line,principle and primary task.In the whole power supply system,the power grid material supply chain is an indispensable and important link,which is related to whether the whole link of power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and power consumption can operate well.The internal links of power grid material supply chain are divided into power grid project construction,procurement demand management,procurement and contract management,supply and performance,supplier management,warehouse management,quality control,settlement management,transportation inspection and maintenance,fixed asset management,waste material disposal and emergency material management.However,the existing research on supply chain management focuses on material inventory management,reverse material logistics research on the relationship with suppliers,There is little research on the improvement of the overall level and benefits of demand forecasting management and the formulation of strategies.Based on the analysis and reasonable classification of its characteristics,this thesis studies the demand forecasting method,It includes three aspects:(1)Based on the idea of inventory classification,the attributes of power grid engineering materials are analyzed and studied,the substitutability,liquidity,consumption smoothness,demand regularity and demand stability of power grid engineering materials are analyzed one by one,and the influence degree of various attributes in demand forecasting is analyzed.(2)Based on the in-depth understanding of the material properties of power grid engineering,select the appropriate demand prediction model,combined with the historical material demand data of power grid engineering project derived from the material management system,train the demand prediction model,and review the training results.(3)Put forward reasonable management strategies or suggestions for material demand prediction of power grid engineering. |
