The sharing economy integrates and reconstructs resources by building a platform to achieve an effective connection between supply and demand.Knowledge sharing takes advantage of the situation and becomes a new mode of information interaction.Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the Ministry of Education of my country has paid more attention to the construction of digital education resources,and the digital education sharing service platform has flourished.However,there are still some problems in the existing platform.Among them,improving the user experience of the sharing service platform will not only generate content for users,but also promote sharing.Behavior and acceleration of knowledge absorption have a positive role in promoting.This thesis takes the design work sharing platform of colleges and universities as the research object,adopts the user-centered design method,and aims to optimize the uploading process of users,pay attention to the presentation of the design process,record the learning and growth of students,and promote the sharing of design creativity and design resources.Service Design Research and Practice.The research content of this thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is theoretical research,which discusses the influence of design context,design process,and design work deliverables,which are the important basis for constructing the information architecture of the shared service platform.Among them,the design situation determines the theme,concept and design direction of the work,and the design sequence process determines the possible input and output of each stage,thus constructing a middlelevel design model,which can accommodate the basic information structure of most design works,and optimize and integrate the deliverable-oriented knowledge cycle system.The second part is user research.Through qualitative interviews,quantitative user research and multiple demand analysis of target users,three typical user roles are proposed:lower grade students who need course reference cases,graduate students who need portfolio production,and those who need design inspiration.Graduate students,through pain point analysis and demand extraction,have obtained several design opportunities: the expression of the design concept of the work,the match between the work and the job requirements,and the cloud space for the storage of the design work.The third part is the research of information architecture.Combining the design process framework model and the functional characteristics of the competing product platforms,taking the deliverables in the design process as the starting point,combing the design structure to obtain an information framework for the design process of the component library model,and combining the design outline,design research,demand analysis,design the information elements of the five modules of stage,communication and demonstration are presented completely.Students can upload works,retrieve content,and extract knowledge according to the design information framework.The fourth part is design application research.A university design work sharing platform was built to verify the usability and ease of use of the work uploading process architecture.Information design,high-fidelity prototyping and style specification output were carried out for the platform,and finally a usability test was carried out to facilitate subsequent iteration and optimization.The feature of this thesis is to build a middle-level design process framework of design process,design context and design deliverables,integrate and optimize the deliverableoriented knowledge cycle system,and redesign the platform’s information architecture based on the above framework and knowledge cycle system.Different from the existing design work sharing platform for workplace designers,it integrates and circulates design works for student groups.Compared with the existing work sharing platforms in the market,it fills in more elements to capture the details in the design and enrich the creative design thinking conception space;take students as the center,record and express through the time axis,and pay more attention to users Growth of learning;focus on the relationship between different fields,courses and design situations,and combine corresponding methods to create a new ecology of professional needs and professional skills.In this way,it is student-centered and targeted to solve the pain points of most target users,so that student designers can clearly understand the standard design process,learn and learn from the co-evolution of design thinking and concepts from scratch.It is convenient to obtain personal growth trajectory form and collection of design works,so as to better meet the needs of study and work and quickly switch.
