| With the acceleration of urbanization,urban rail transit in China is developing rapidly.As the main way for urban people to travel,subway not only alleviates traffic congestion,accumulates energy for the orderly development of cities,but also becomes an indispensable way of life for people.Metro arrival information interacts with passengers through the information terminal.It reminds passengers to arrive at the station and guides passengers to transfer.The accuracy and simplicity of its interaction directly affect passenger experience.This article embarks from the passengers to study the process of subway passengers user experience,in view of the passenger station information pain points of subway station information interaction terminal design,and to evaluate the subway station information interaction terminal,thus improve the efficiency,bus travel experience,improve the quality of subway service,promote the development of urban rail transit.First of all,analysis of relevant literature,comparative user experience at home and abroad and its application in urban rail transit design,focus on analysis of different cities in our country the present situation of the underground train information terminal system design,research the level of the user experience,and research from the Angle of cognitive users passenger train behavior,providing theoretical basis for the design of subway station information terminals.Secondly,from the perspective of users,this paper classifies subway users and passengers,analyzes and summarizes the interaction between users and information terminals during the whole process of riding,as well as the demand for arrival information,and constructs a role model through user interviews.Thirdly,based on the user’s riding process,the characteristics of the metro information arrival terminal are studied from the technical level,design level and perception level,and the influence of the information interface,voice and mobile terminal of the arrival terminal on the form is studied.Finally,taking chengdu metro line 2 as an example,the information terminal of subway car arrival is designed with user experience as the center.The design contents include the layout design of the space inside the subway car,the design of the information interface and the design of the personal mobile terminal.The design result is a dynamic interface in the car and a set of mobile applications.This study provides a theoretical method for the design of Metro arrival information based on user experience,and provides a reference for Metro application design. |
