Research On Micro-interaction Design Of WeChat Public Platform Based On User Experience

WeChat has been popular with users since its launch in 2011 and has grown to more than one billion people.hat public platform with such a large user base,which inadvertently affects the user experience.From the perspective of micro-interaction,this topic analyzes and studies the micro-interaction structure of the WeChat public platform,and expects to design functional gestures and interface dynamics that are more in line with user expectations,and to improve user experience from details.This article is divided into four parts to explore the micro-interactive design method and process:The first part of the first chapter discusses the basic situation of the project,expounds the research background and significance of the project,and discusses the research status of the relevant theories at home and abroad,as well as the innovative points and deficiencies of the research,and then the research method and research of the paper.The path,research content,and research framework are outlined.The second chapter gives an overview of the basic theories of user experience and micro-interaction.Through the analysis of user experience hierarchy and micro-interaction structure,the relationship between the two is found out and the relationship between micro-interaction and user experience is concluded.A micro-interaction design principle based on user experience.The third chapter is to analyze the micro-interactive structure and users of WeChat public platform.By analyzing the information architecture,functions,and micro-interaction structure of the WeChat public platform,we have a deeper understanding of the platform.Then through user research,draw user needs and user expectations.After that,we construct the user task test model to find the data discovery problem and propose more instructive micro-interaction design goals.The fourth chapter is the Micro-interactive optimization design practice of the WeChat public platform.The previous research results are translated into design practices,and the platform’s functional gestures,visual interfaces,and dynamic effects are optimized,and the optimized design is subjected to task testing and evaluation,and compared with the previous test results,and the optimized feedback results are obtained.In the final Conclusion and Prospect,a systematic explanation of the research ideas and research results of the subject was made,and the deficiencies of the paper were summarized.
