Research On Green Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of B Automobile Company

With the increasingly severe global energy situation,product greening has become an inevitable development trend of automobile supply chain.Reasonable evaluation and selection of green suppliers is the most critical step in the management of green supply chain.As one of the world’s leading auto parts manufacturers,B automobile company still adopts the existing supplier evaluation index system when selecting new energy vehicle suppliers,and there is no green degree evaluation index.This does not match the green development requirements of company B.therefore,how to select appropriate green suppliers has become an important strategic problem faced by company B.Aiming at the problems faced by B automobile company,based on the existing supplier evaluation index system of B automobile company,this paper constructs the preliminary evaluation index system of green suppliers of B automobile company.Then,the influencing factors are scored by the combination of expert interview and field investigation,and the influencing factors are identified by DEMATEL（decisionmaking method and laboratory method）,so as to establish a green supplier evaluation index system suitable for B automobile company.Finally,the grey correlation analysis method is used to evaluate the battery parts suppliers of B automobile company,select the best green supplier,and compare the evaluation results with the actual selection to verify the effectiveness of the supplier evaluation and selection model.The results show that the greater the correlation between the intended supplier and the ideal supplier,the better the supplier of B automobile company.Therefore,the model can effectively select the most suitable green supplier for B company.In addition,with the increase of the weight of environmental management evaluation indicators,enterprises pay more and more attention to the environmental performance of suppliers,and the advantages of green suppliers are more obvious.The research conclusion can not only meet the enterprise’s own green procurement requirements and meet the enterprise’s sustainable development strategy,but also avoid the risk that logistics can not keep up with production and future environmental costs caused by the rectification of suppliers,so as to improve the overall competitiveness.In addition,this study has certain reference and reference significance for enterprises seeking green suppliers in the transition period.
