| The traditional labor-intensive and rough cast-in-place construction mode can cause problems such as waste of resources,environmental pollution,frequent safety accidents,poor working environment for laborers,high labor intensity,and low mechanization of construction.Among many modern construction models,assembled construction achieves high precision,high quality,low labor dependence,low energy consumption and low pollution,which is one of the important trends in the development of the construction industry today.National and local governments have issued relevant policies to support the development of assembled buildings under the EPC general contracting model.As assembled buildings are widely put into construction,various traditional construction material suppliers have transformed into PC component suppliers.Because of the unique characteristics of PC components,the traditional supplier selection method is no longer applicable to the selection of PC component suppliers for assembled buildings in EPC mode,otherwise it will easily lead to unreasonable cost,uneven quality and untimely delivery.Based on this background,it is necessary to conduct research on the selection of PC component suppliers for assembled buildings in EPC mode.In this paper,we use the root theory to establish a list of factors influencing the selection of PC component suppliers for assembled buildings in EPC mode,and use the DEMATEL-ISM-FCE method to build a selection evaluation model to realize the evaluation and selection of multiple alternatives for PC component suppliers.First,the connotation of assembled building,PC components and EPC mode is explained,and the difference between PC component suppliers and traditional building suppliers is analyzed by comparing the different characteristics of assembled building and traditional building,and EPC general contracting mode and traditional contracting mode.Based on literature search and expert survey,we use the rooting theory to identify the influencing factors of PC component supplier selection,and establish a list of 19 factors of influencing factors of PC component supplier selection containing product price,product qualification rate,supply timeliness,enterprise management level,collaborative design capability,etc.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the influencing factors of PC component supplier selection in EPC mode,the key factors are explored by using the decision experiment analysis method(DEMATEL method)[1],and the explanatory structural model method(ISM method)is introduced to analyze the mechanism of action among the influencing factors,and a multi-level recursive directed topological diagram is generated to visualize the key index factors and their hierarchical structure.After that,according to the hierarchical division and centrality of the index factors,the weight of each index factor is determined by the three-scale hierarchical analysis method,and the comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative supplier solution is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE method),and the optimal solution is determined.Finally,the reasonableness of the model is verified by example analysis,and the analysis results show that the model is applicable and effective for the evaluation of the selection of PC component suppliers for assembled buildings under the EPC model.Then,targeted suggestions are made based on the research results,which provide some reference to promote the development of PC component suppliers for assembly buildings in China. |
