Research On The Obstacle Factors And Promotion Strategy To The Development Of Prefabricated Construction Based On Grey-DEMATEL

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has always occupied a large proportion of the GDP.But there are still problems in the construction industry,such as high resource consumption,high pollution emissions,extensive construction methods and backward organization methods,which are far from the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" advocated by the country.Prefabricated construction,which draws on the industrial production model,can significantly reduce labor use,shorten construction period,avoid waste of resources and energy,and improve comprehensive efficiency.Therefore,the development of prefabricated construction is an important and urgent task to change the development pattern of the construction industry from high speed growth to high quality development.However,there are still many obstacle factors in the development of prefabricated construction,affecting its faster and wider application.On the basis of combing the related theories of prefabricated construction,this paper compares the development history of prefabricated construction at home and abroad,and deeply analyzes the development status and existing problems of prefab building in China.Considering that most of the existing researches are from the perspective of the industry as a whole,this paper studies the obstacle factors of prefabricated construction from different perspectives,analyzes the importance and causality of each obstacle factor,and studies the obstacle factors of prefabricated construction development from multiple perspectives.Firstly,the original list of obstacle factors to the development of prefabricated construction was identified based on literature review,and then the original list was revised by expert interview.From the perspective of three direct stakeholders,namely government departments,participating enterprises and the public,the 13 key obstacles were sorted out.Then,experts were invited to score the degree of influence of obstacle factors,the Grey method and DEMATEL method were integrated to calculate and analyze the cause degree,centrality and causality of each factor fromdifferent perspectives,and the similarity and difference of different perspectives were compared and analyzed by calculating Euclidean distance.The research shows that six factors,including incomplete industrial chain and scale effect,immature construction technology and project management system,low integration of components,and low degree of standardization and modularization,are important constraints to the development of prefabricated construction.The views of government departments and the public are consistent,while the views of government departments and participating enterprises are different.Finally,based on the analysis results,the corresponding promotion strategies are discussed in combination with the perspectives of the stakeholders.
