| The level of regional economic development is highly related to energy consumption,and energy is an important guarantee for people to achieve high quality of life.Since the "oil crisis",people have a deeper understanding of the importance of energy consumption for production and life.Scholars have begun to study the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth.However,in previous studies,economic growth is usually measured by traditional GDP indicators,while traditional GDP indicators do not consider the situation of resources and environment.Based on the development of traditional GDP,green GDP not only considers the economic situation,but also reflects the resource consumption and environmental changes,so it is more comprehensive.Therefore,this paper selects the green GDP index to measure the level of economic development.Since the 21 st century,China has paid more and more attention to the research of green GDP accounting system.The pilot work of green GDP began in 2005,and Hebei Province has become one of the first ten pilot provinces and cities of green GDP in China.After years of investigation and research,Hebei Province has a good foundation for green GDP accounting.From the perspective of total energy consumption,Hebei Province has always been the first of the ten provinces and cities Energy is an important factor of production in Hebei Province.Therefore,this paper takes Hebei Province as the research object to study the relationship between energy consumption and green GDP growth,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the adjustment of energy consumption structure and the sustainable growth of green GDP in Hebei Province.This paper is divided into four parts:First,related theories and literature review.Firstly,this paper introduces the economic growth theory,ecological modernization theory and circular economy theory.Then,the related research on green GDP is summarized and summarized.Then,some academic concepts used in this paper are explained.Finally,the existing research on the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth is sorted out and summarized.Second,the analysis of energy consumption and green GDP in Hebei Province.In this part,the green GDP of Hebei Province from 1998 to 2017 is calculated.Then,the paper analyzes the correlation between the current green GDP growth and the current energy consumption in Hebei Province.Finally,the paper studies the trends of energy consumption and green GDP.The research on the green GDP growth status of Hebei Province shows that the green GDP growth is obvious and the proportion of the green GDP is on the whole rising,but there are also problems such as large reduction of energy and resources consumption,high solid waste production and relatively backward ecological civilization construction.The analysis of energy present situation shows that the supply and demand of energy consumption in Hebei province is unbalanced and the energy consumption structure is unreasonable.The analysis of the growth trend shows that the dependence of green GDP on energy in Hebei Province is gradually reduced,and the energy utilization efficiency is gradually improved.Third,empirical research on the relationship between the total energy consumption,energy consumption structure and green GDP growth in Hebei Province.This paper uses the green GDP index instead of the traditional GDP index,uses the vector autoregressive model(VAR),and uses the relevant data of Hebei Province from 1998 to 2017 to study the relationship between the total energy consumption and the growth of green GDP in Hebei Province.After the analysis from the perspective of total energy consumption,from the perspective of more detailed energy consumption structure,uses the grey correlation model to analyze the relationship between the total energy consumption and the growth of green GDP.The results show that: 1.Energy consumption is the one-way Granger cause of green GDP change;2.The impact of energy consumption on green GDP is inhibited in the short run,but in the long run,energy consumption plays a promoting role in green GDP growth;3.The contribution rate of energy consumption to green GDP growth is maintained at about 3.6%,less than the contribution of capital stock and the number of workers;4 There is a high correlation between energy and green GDP growth,and the correlation degree from large to small is: oil(0.919),coal(0.888),primary power(0.703),natural gas(0.686).Fourth,conclusions and suggestions.According to the current situation analysis part and empirical research part,the paper draws conclusions,and puts forward suggestions for the coordinated development of energy consumption and green GDP in Hebei Province. |
