At present,with the support of the state,China's railway construction has been booming,and has made a series of major achievements.At the same time,the railway also plays an important role in the process of realizing the rapid development and prosperity of the country.In the design of railway railway project,it is very important to choose the scientific and reasonable railway connection scheme,because the scientific and reasonable connection scheme can not only save the project investment and produce huge economic benefits,but also play a positive role in promoting the road network structure and regional economic development.Many achievements have been made in the research on the optimal selection of the integration scheme in our country,but the problems such as monotonous evaluation method,imperfect evaluation index system and non-universalization are still prominent.Therefore,with the vigorous development of railway construction,the comprehensive analysis of railway project system,the exploration and research of weight solving method and scheme evaluation method,and the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation model based on scientific methods have far-reaching positive significance for the development of China's railway industry and the implementation of national strategy.Accurately determine its influencing factors and relative importance,establish a comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for the project itself,scientifically select evaluation indicators,To establish a scientific comprehensive evaluation model,the new railway integration scheme is more scientific,reasonable and convincing.First of all,the traditional integration scheme selection,that is,to meet the corresponding technical requirements,to achieve greater economic benefits of the scheme is the best scheme.Obviously,the concept of conformity evaluation is far from meeting the requirements of the times.In view of the increasing impact of environmental and social factors on the integration programme,the evaluation system is divided into four criteria: technical,economic,environmental and social,including road network connectivity,passenger and cargo flow,tunnel length,line length and bridge and culvert length,through systematic analysis of railway projects The impact of other industries in the city;environmental indicators include:occupied land area,topographic and geological conditions,noise and other effects,landscape damage degree;social indicators include the impact on urban planning,impact on road network,impact on people's travel,national defense and political significance.Adopt G1 method model,this method is an improved version of analytic hierarchy process,without consistency test,simple operation,small amount of calculation,in-depth analysis of eachevaluation index in the evaluation system,accurately grasp the relative importance of each evaluation index,that is,weight.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,this paper combines the grey association analysis method,the accumulative prospect theory and the TOPSIS method,obtains the grey association and the accumulative prospect improvement TOPSIS method appraisal decision model,considering the risk attitude and corrects the possible deviation in the decision-making process,is more in line with the actual situation,makes the evaluation result more objective and reasonable.Finally,combining the comparison and comparison of the scheme of connecting the new railway from Tangwang River to Jiayin,the comprehensive evaluation model of the new railway connection scheme proposed in this paper is used to obtain a more reasonable connection scheme,which is consistent with the opinions given by the design institute.It shows that this method has certain maneuverability,and it can promote the development of optimal selection research of new railway connection scheme.
