As one of the main suppliers of developing and producing intelligent booster,company B needs to quickly establish production line to provide qualified domestic intelligent booster products in order to meet the localization needs of multinational vehicle manufacturers and seize the market opportunity.During the process of establishing intelligent booster production line,due to the project management process was not well sorted out and there was no similar reference experience,many problems occurred in the project progress and delayed the delivery date of the production line.Improving the above progress problems can provide favorable guarantee in company B to provide intelligent booster and similar products in a timely and efficient manner.This thesis takes the time schedule management of B company intelligent booster assembly and test line project as the study object,on the basis of company B global project management process.It uses the relevant time schedule control theory and method to carry on the thorough analysis of the project,to optimize the time schedule of the project activity.The progress of the project has been controlled effectively.Firstly,it introduces the main theories,tools and methods of project management and time schedule management and shows the importance of schedule management in project management.Secondly,it introduces the current situation and existing problems of project schedule management of intelligent booster assembly and test production line.Thirdly,with the relevant principles and methods,the time schedule management of intelligent booster assembly and test production line project is analyzed and studied from five main aspects:foreign parts procurement,CE safety standard,overseas parts customs clearance,installation and commissioning progress,and localization of machining parts.Finally,the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward,includes optimizing the procurement process of overseas parts,learning European safety standards,establishing an optimized acceptance process and the quality gates,localization of machining parts,and formulating corresponding countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule management in company B,so as to help company B improve the level of project management.With the help of B company’s intelligent booster production line project,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the time schedule management in its establishment process.Optimizing the project schedule management process,so as to provide a feasible reference for the domestic automation industry to shorten the establishment cycle of undertaking foreign high-tech non-standard production line and to improve efficiency.
