Two important tasks for project schedule management are project schedule planning and project schedule control.Whether there is a reasonable planning and effective control will directly affect the success of the project.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the theoretical knowledge of project planning and control and conduct research on it.Using project progress management related theoretical knowledge to guide project implementation can play a multiplier role,ensuring project success can bring good economic benefits.This article takes BG’s new project of the cold-rolled 2030 roller production line as the research background.This project is the first step in the BG Group’s smart manufacturing strategic plan.The duration and quality of this project directly affect the follow-up activities and the company’s leaders at all levels.This project attaches great importance;this project has a tight schedule,cross construction and production parallel,complex construction,many involved parties,coordination is difficult,so this paper carried out a systematic study of the project schedule and control.This article starts from the project’s progress management methods and methods,combines theoretical knowledge with the actual project operation,and decomposes the entire project structure.Then according to WBS to determine the list of specific activities in the project,through the analysis of various processes in the project The logical relationship between each other,the order of the project activities.In terms of progress management,the following issues are studied:Dismantling is completed within the specified time;the related production equipment cannot be damaged;and the work between the rollers cannot be covered.In order to be able to solve these problems,we must adjust and optimize the progress of the project.First,develop a scientific and effective project schedule.Secondly,establish a project progress monitoring and control system,monitor and control the progress of the project according to various project schedule control methods,and control the project duration within a well-planned plan.The content of this study is a combination of theory and practice for the progress management and control of BG smart manufacturing construction projects.It can serve as a guide for future progress management in the construction of several smart manufacturing projects. |
